Description of Work: This was my first experience with this company. I booked Carpet Police for a 4:00 p.m. carpet cleaning appointment on 10/17/2012. At 10:00 a.m., Tom Romero called and asked to come earlier saying they had cancellations. I declined since I was already booked up until 4:00. At 3:30, I rushed home to meet them but they did not show. I had already prepared for them by removing lamps and cleaning out closets to allow them access. At 4:15 p.m., Dave called to say they were running late at least an hour and could they reschedule or come around 5:30 p.m. I did not want to wait until after dark to have a new group of men in my home and I am a stickler for being on time. This was not a good first impression of this company and I declined to reschedule and just cancelled any further dealings. I am new to Tucson and I want to set up working relationships with reliable companies. Carpet Police just irked me with their scheduling mess. So, Carpet Police performed no services.
