The service went well. We have used them in the past and they have always done a good job.

There was nothing wrong with the service. We used a different company that gave a lower bid. We had no problems with the service at all. The cost was competitive.

The service went very well. They were on top of everything. They treated the customer well. They were on time and they were quick.

They were difficult to work with. They were working with our insurance company and they just kept adding on different services. We ended up using a different service provider. I had them scheduled to come out, took off work, and they did not show up two days in a row. It took three attempts to get the estimate.

They did very good work. The system is still working. They were very good about explaining what was to be done. All materials were quoted beforehand as well.

I asked them to check the duct work in my attic and I got the sense they did not want to look at that. They said it was fine and when I was going to get insulation, it was discovered we had a major leak and the air duct system was not connected properly. I thought they should have caught that but another service provider had to find that work. The air duct problem that was found and repaired cut my bill in half.

The service turned out great. They were very courteous. The installation went very well. They are coming out tomorrow to double check the installation as they have a courtesy follow up visit after the service. They are very customer oriented.

I recommend them highly. The cost may be a little higher but they have been very easy to work with and they were able to do the repair without replacing the unit. They appeared to be very honest.

I purchased my Trane split system from them in 09 and a service contract was negotiated at that time. This service was part of that agreement. They sent me a reminder card that my semi-annual service was due and I called to make the appointment. The service man showed up on time and completed his duties in a professional manner and asked if I had any questions about the system or it's operation. I am very pleased with the maintenance received thus far.

The old AC system had failed due to a burned out compressor. Jose came on time and gave a detailed explanation of the alternatives [compressor replacement or new system] and work to be done. We were pleased with the quotation & lead time, and authorised the work. Two days later the installation crew showed up as promised and completed the work that day. The new system functioned well. After they left I discovered a gas leak. They returned and tightened a loose gas fitting [this was the only disappointment in the whole process]. Jose came for a follow up visit a couple of days later, to make sure all was OK and to drop off waranty records. Since I first wrote this review, Breezeways called and offered a free winter checkup and a free spring [AC] checkup as part of their installation. In both cases the checkup was thorough. On the last visit they found and replaced a condenser that was going bad in the AC unit. This was done under warranty so naturally I'm even more pleased.

Jose was our sales guy. He was prompt on all appointments and returned all phone calls. Of all the bids we received he provided the most accurate information on rebates, which ended up dropping our total cost from $8000 to $6000. The installation crew was on time, performed good work and I received all promised rebates. The "B" grade on quality was in regards to a protective metal barrier that was installed over the hoses and wires that came out of the attic and attached to the condensing unit. I felt that it could have been a little better secured. But other than that, they did good work and I will work with them in the future.
