Was scheduled for the inspection within 24h and Brandon came right on time in the morning. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Decided to purchase their maintenance contract for the deal and the money saved on future checkups. Nothing to complain here.

Brandon was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very efficient from start to finish. Purchased special through Angie's List and was contacted in email promptly to schedule service. I called and office manager had my information ready and scheduled me at my convenience. Brandon came out promptly and was extremely thorough and professional. Explained what he was doing and what may start going wrong as our unit is 15 years old, but no hard sell, just very helpful.

I was so impressed with Brandon and his punctuality and professionalism that I signed up for their yearly contract. He explained everything and answered all my questions and made certain I understood everything before he left my residence.

Michael called before arrival & was on time. He & assistant were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful with our problem with excessive humidity in house. Answered all our questions informatively. We were very satisfied with the service.

The service technician was prompt and personable. The technician reported "Compressor short to ground and outdoor fan motor bad." I was provided with quotes for 2 new A/C unit options. One quote was for $8100 and one quote was for $10,300. I told the technician that I needed to figure out how I, a single, female parent, could finance a new unit at this time. I agreed to call back one way or another. The technician called me back twice, leaving a voice message saying "Just let me know if you're going to use someone else." At no time had I ever indicated that was my plan, so that comment felt pushy on his part. My brother connected me with another company who came out that same afternoon to give me a second opinion. This technician told me that if the compressor was indeed dead to the ground, it would not still be running, even to blow hot air. He checked the compressor and found it to be okay. He replaced the condenser fan -- a part that only cost $189 -- a huge difference from the cost of a brand new A/C unit. The A/C is working better than ever! Either the Breezeways technician who came to my house needs more training or he needs to back down from his attempts to mislead a customer who isn't knowledgable on the product. I will not use Breezeways again.

Very good! I have a service contract with another provider but they refuse to let me choose what thermostats to use. I was put in touch with Breezeways through Angie's list snap and Match, and they gave a very reasonable quote. I was able to find a thermometer with good ratings and then have them install two units. Mike is very punctual and professional and the units work very well so far.

The service representative checked and serviced both my units and flushed the drip drains and fixed one of the clogs. It was obvious that this company checked things that the previous company did not since I watched this company's service and the previous company's service.

We purchased the angies list big deal for $39 for inspection and maintenance service for our air conditioner. We were contacted very quickly to schedule and had the service tech came out within a few days. Maintenance cleaning was performed efficiently and no other problems were found. A/C is working great. Liked this company very much and would use for future service.

2 days work and we are very happy

It was time to replace one of our two 13-year-old A/C units in June 2014 -- and I decided to go with Breezways after factoring in their estimate, the brand of equipment (Trane), and their reputation on-line (e.g. BBB, Angie's List, AZ Roc). They showed up as scheduled and installed a new Trane split system on the hottest day of the year (up to that point) -- poor guys: our furnace/blower is in the attic of a two-story house, so who knows how hot it was up there. They seemed to do an excellent job. The technicians were Jesus, Jose and Luis and I was very happy with their dedication and expertise. They worked all day and managed to finish the job in very adverse conditions (temperature was like 109 that day). The cost was about $8K (after factoring in an Angie's List coupon :-) , but it was the best price I was quoted on two-stage Trane equipment. All-in-all, everything seems to be going well and we've survived our first summer with our new A/C unit and we're satisfied with our experience.

We have been using the company for about 5 years. The same service technician Daryll has been with us for several years. He is punctual does a great job. They are very efficient and remind us when the furnace or AC needs serviced. They have an option where you can purchase a maintenance program ahead of time that has saved us some money. They are very reliable and I feel like their pricing is competitive.

Performed everything they said they would..from the prep to the proper crane size to on time installation. Pricing on top of the line 5 ton unit was higher than most competitive quotes.but there was some movement to be more price competitive. Install and follow up is worth the extra cost.

Installation, explanation of equipment, and guidance on programming the thermostat were very thorough. The installers were polite, and cleaned up after them. We are very pleased with Breezeway.

We felt that the air conditioning check performed by Chris was well done and thorough. After hearing that our system was laboring and in order to be proactive, we asked Chris what he would suggest for a new system. He took measurements of our HVAC closet and talked with his boss. He quoted us a price of a unit including a cash discount and tax. When I called him back to ask for a written estimate, he said he would arrange to get one. I had gotten a written estimate from a second company by that time. I faxed Chris the information that I wanted to make sure he included in the written bid to be able to compare the two companies. I was then told that Jose needed to come out and take specific measurements including windows, skylights, etc. to make sure the system we were discussing had the capacity to handle our a/c needs. This went well on April 3, and I was told I would get the information within a few days. I was impressed with Jose's expertise. When I heard nothing by the next week, I emailed him. He called me promptly while he was driving to say he had the figures and would email or fax them to me. I've never heard from anyone at BreezeWays again. It is now April 29th. I moved on to my other estimates and selected a company for the replacement. Other than complete unprofessionalism with the total lack of follow up, the only other spin I can think of is that possibly Jose did not think BreezeWays could meet our needs with the systems he had to offer, and he decided to back away from the job. If so, if only he or someone else from the company had communicated this to me, I would have no issues with the company at all and praise their honesty. Instead, I waited several more weeks than planned to make the decision because I needed to start over with another company for an additional estimate. It will now be much hotter during the installation because of the delay. My ratings are based on the lack of professionalism shown by not ever getting back in touch with me and/or never providing a written estimate to me at all. I tried to balance this with what seemed like quality people providing the check-up and assessment of our needs. The company had my home phone, cell phone, email, and fax number. There was no excuse for not providing some closure.

It turned out that one of the wires was broken so it was a simple fix. After correcting the problem, he ran it through three cycles to make sure there weren't any problems, checked the fan and motor bearings, and cleaned the area. They were very friendly and professional. Offered to sign us up for a service plan and apply today's charges towards the plan. I would have done it in a heartbeat if we weren't planning on selling our house in the next couple months. They will definitely be our A/C and heating service provider in the future. We were very happy with everything.

After deciding to change out of swamp cooler for central air conditioning, I called 4 companies for estimates. After careful discussion and consideration of each of the four companies, my husband and I decided to use BreezeWays for the service. We liked the price, and I liked the way Jose represented himself and the company. After I made the call to BreezeWays to inform them of our decision, I heard back from Jose the same day. Within a week everything had been set up and installed. The installers were clean, polite, and had the job done the day it was scheduled. We are very happy with our new central air.

It went really, really well. The guy was thorough and he explained everything in detail that he was doing. I was really satisfied with what he did. I have a main house and a guest house; they charged me separately to look at each unit. They were out really fast after I called. They were really thorough in explaining what was wrong and what I could do about it on my own.

Our air conditioner went out on a super hot summer day so we called Breezeway. The service person came out promptly & replaced a fuse on our 15+ year old system. A couple of days later our system stopped for good. Again, Breezeway came out right away & installed a new Rheem system for us. They had installed another system for us 3 or 4 years ago & since we were pleased with them then, we called them again when this happened. Again, they did not disappoint - they were prompt, professional and provided a good service at a good price. I highly recommend Breezeway.

Referred by home warranty program for faulty A/C unit.Technician, Jason, was well informed and helpful. He did all he could to repair a very old unit that the warranty company had no intention of replacing. I recall he came out several times. We were impressed.

They do a good job. They are very friendly. They do the job quickly and are very thorough.

I recommend them to everyone. They really make an effort to get out the same day. They also work around tenants schedules which is hard to find. I have been very happy with their service.
