Description of Work: 1-Year Air Conditioning and Furnace Service Agreement, coil cleaning. It went very well Mike came out they were very accommodating and positive and gave me a great price was very informational letting me know what was needed and what was not needed he also did a great job cleaning up after himself. I was very happy with him and I would recommend him.

Description of Work: Technician evaluated our furnace and stated it needed to be replaced and that C02 was leaking from the unit. He wanted me to commit to having him replace the furnace immediately. I told him I needed a couple days to discuss with my husband. I never heard from tech again. I had another reputable company evaluate furnace and No C02 leakage was found!! THE FURNACE JUST NEEDED A REPLACEMENT PART AND CLEANING - I will NEVER recommend breezways or I will NEVER use them again. I was scammed by Breezways.

Description of Work: They did what they said they would do, but they were far too intent on trying to sell me new A/C units which is not a need for quite a while yet. Used kind of scare tactics, but fortunately I am savvy enough. So I will not use them- this was a trial run, an audition as it were- which they failed because I feel I cannot trust them. I also asked for a bid for an unrelated job, and never heard from them.

Description of Work: I bought the carrier infinity system as "state of the art " from their predecessor. I first called them in march to service per k. They wouldn't because of the season. The a/c stopped 5/20 as noted on report. Tech came out 5/20 without taking off a panel or even looking at the system, he started bad mouthing the unit and said it needed to be replaced & moved to roof. Didn't fix arranged for estimator to come out and make bid on basis described. I had a free lance tech check it and found bad leak right in unit. All it needs is solder and freon and they were trying to nail me for a new unit plus crane . The roof is 6 inches away and has been there all along no one ever told me that the unit could be placed on the roof.

We recommended relocating the condenser to your roof because our team noticed a buildup of pet hair, which is damaging to your equipment's life span and efficiency. Our technician diagnosed a cracked refrigerant line near the compressor our first visit - this is why the unit was out of refrigerant. We sent out our Comfort Specialist to give a proposal on moving the unit to the roof before affecting the repairs on the unit. At this time you decided you wanted the unit repaired in-place, so we sent our technician back out to repair the unit. Once again, we are very sorry your experience was not satisfactory. We intended to supply you with options to fit your needs and to extend the life and efficiency of your equipment. Thank you for contributing your honest opinion - we strive to always improve on customer/technician communication.

Description of Work: Performed one of the 2 maintenance visits for the year, we have bought an annual ac/furnace service agreement yearly for 3 years and have been happy with the technicians and phone scheduling. Easy to work with. They noticed that our swamp cooler (which we dont use) still had water in it from previous owner and they drained and "winterized" while they were here. They also recognized a problem with a noisy fan on one of our ac units and fixed it.
