Outstanding form start to finish.

Greg came over and gave me an estimate. He is a very knowledgeable arborist. I felt completely comfortable with him and trusted that he was giving me a very reasonable price for the work to be done. Two men (Eric and ??) came to my house on the day expected and did an absolutely wonderful job pruning my very large trees. They were very careful with anything in the way of the falling branches. They cleaned up superbly!! They left my trees looking exactly the way I expected. Bartlett Tree Experts have pruned my trees year after year and I've alway been very pleased with their work. $950 sounds like a lot of money, but considering the work they performed (they were way up there) it was worth well worth it!

Bartlett's was very responsive and was able to dispatch a crew to trim our trees and even save the branch that had split. Time will tell if the tree limb wil survive but overall I am very pleased with the customer service. The price seemed a bit high but I hadnt had anything done with the trees for a few years and they had really become overgrown so considering this, the price is probably about right. ps - A few days after our first service, a monsoon storm blew through and broke another large branch. We called Bartlett's on a Friday evening, they were there on Monday, removed the limb and we weren't charged for the service as they felt they should have done something with that branch during their first visit. Nice service!

They seemed to be pretty good. Their service, quality and professionalism were good. Their price was a little high but everything else was very good.

Given the extent of the work we had done, this job took about a week overall to schedule everything with their different crews. The bottle tree effort took a day (the first, since it required immediate attention). The mesquite canopy cleaning took the next two long half-days in 105º temperatures. The spraying and fertilization took place a week later. The area was left clean and clear of debris. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, prompt response and attention we received. We felt immediately positive and in good hands after talking with Rick. We are also impressed with the knowledgeable, talented, hard-working arborists and crew members: Abram, Alfredo, Jeremy and Kevin! These guys are true professionals and we will not hesitate to use their services in the future. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I like their representative, Rick Allen. He is one of the more knowledgeable arborists I have dealt with. He knows exactly what to do and gives me accurate estimates. Everyone is prompt and I am very pleased with their work.

They were punctual, knowledgeable and at ease with me watching them what they did. They taught me what they were looking for, how to prune and what to prune. They were very good communicators and educators.

They did an excellent job. The quality is fine.

The master arborist remembered one of the trees from a visit (for a previous owner) about 5 years ago for active tree borers. His care and knowledge of trees was obvious. The crews who did the trimming and treatment applications were also professional and competent and well briefed.

They are expensive, that's the only problem with these guys. They came up with many solutions for tree problems that we had. They did fertilization and pest control for me. I have used them a few times before.

Very professional job and a great work crew.

These were all large trees that had never had any pruning before, so it was a lot of work. They did a great job, the trees all look good, the site where the ash was removed was cleaned up so you would never know a tree had been there, and all mess and branches were taken away. They were timely, knowledgeable and professional. They also took out a small tree growing near a foundation, which was above and beyond the work they had quoted on, and they did not charge extra for that.

Bartlett Tree Experts sent Rick out to give an estimate. He was prompt, helpful and very thorough. He explained exactly what to expect and I received a detailed written estimate via email. The crew of 4 arrived on schedule, completing the work in 1 day. They were friendly, professional and efficient. My trees look wonderful. I wanted them to look natural, to blend in with the remaining surrounding desert. They did exactly that. All the waste was removed, areas raked and left clean. I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

We were extremely happy with the services provided by Bartlett Tree Experts. They were punctual and professional. We were impressed by how efficiently they worked and how quickly they finished the job. They were also flexible; when they were unable to get their lift truck close enough to our Eucalyptus, one of the workers climbed the tree with a harness and trimmed the limbs personally. The estimator did a great job and provided a very reasonable and detailed estimate. All of the workers were friendly and were willing to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Bartlett for any tree trimming, pruning or removal work.

The quality of the work performed was impeccable. My trees look great. The downside is the cost. I got three bids for the work and Bartlett was the high bidder. However, I was so impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Rick that I went with Bartlett. The scheduling hit a bit of a snag when a crew didn't show up when promised, but Dawn in the office worked hard to find an available crew to handle the work on the same day. Thank you, Dawn! The crew was all I hoped for. They are not just guys with chainsaws. They have a good eye for bringing out the beauty of the trees structure. My neighbor was so impressed she called them to do a tree for her yard.

They are quite good. I would recommend them. I spent about $2000 to $2500 for the last service. They are very professional. They show up on time and they do their work. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The work required two visits; one for the pruning and another to treat the trees for the mites. Workers arrived as scheduled and on time; they completed the work in timely fashion, and cleaned up the entire yard. They carefully worked around landscape features, decorative stone, lighting, and drip system. The two trees are now balanced and open to safely receive high winds without breaking branches. The shrubs are thinned, reduced in size and show their natural shapes. I found the staff to be professional, skilled, and able to give me helpful advise on landscape maintenance which I can do. I would not use any other tree service in the future.

I bought this home a few weeks ago and wanted to remove several large palm trees plus some smaller trees as well. Rick Allen of Bartlett Tree came and reviewed the project with me and submitted a bid the next day. I was impressed with Rick's knowledge and professionalism and his bid was the most reasonable I received for the project. The day after I accepted his bid a crew showed up at my home and began work. By the end of the day all 11 trees were down and gone. The next day the crew arrived on time and completed the grinding of the stumps and clean up. They were professional and careful not to damage any other plants or property. This is a first rate company with experienced and professional employees. I would not hesitate to use them again.

See above: A dead tree was removed with great skill and efficiency. The stump was ground down and treated. All debris was removed and hauled away. In addition, the crew hauled Prickly Pear limbs that had fallen during the freeze. They were on time and professional. I would recommend them highly.

Bartlett did an excellent job at a fair price. The crew arrived at the expected time, were polite and professional. They cleaned up after removing the trees and grinding the stumps. You can't tell where the trees were located. We would definitely use Bartlett again.

From the initial inspection of the trees and planning of the work to the final clean up, the work was impeccable. Everyone involved, Rick, Juan and Mark, were on time and clearly skilled and knowledgeable. Rick inspected my trees just before Thanksgiving and by the next week, Juan and Mark were working on the trees. The work was extensive and took 3 days. At the end of each day, my property was clear of debris and completely in order. I was always consulted about choices that needed made along the way. On the third day, when the root inspection was taking place, I was fascinated with what I was seeing and followed the team around as they did their work. Mark and Juan were comfortable with that and generously gave me quite an education about tree roots throughout the day. My trees look beautiful and healthy! It's terrific to have had this experience with these knowledgeable, professional and skillful people. I plan to have them back next year to check on the trees, and heartily recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch tree service.

They gave me a quote for $1100, but it was too high. So I went with another company that quoted $350 to get the work done. However, Bartlett Tree Experts called me back instantly. The tree service guy got back to me quickly when I left a message for him. Everything was timely including the quote. They are probably good except for their price.
