Smooth-sailing experience with Aztec Blinds from start to finish. We had another blinds company show us some samples and give us a quote. However, Aztec Blinds had better sample choices and quality, in our opinion, and their quoted price was way lower than that of the competition. They were clear from the start about the 3-week waiting period. The office staff called me as the 3-week deadline was getting closer to set up the installation schedule. I also got email reminders about the upcoming installation. Their installer was polite and efficient. He was able to install 8 window blinds and the vertical blinds for our sliding door in about an hour. Great experience overall with Aztec Blinds!

From quote inquiry to installation of my blinds and solar shade, Oscar and his team at Aztec Blinds were amazing. Quality customer service all around. They have a wide array of products that will surely fit anyone's taste. I decided on 2 1/2 inch faux wood blinds for all my windows except a rather large window in my kitchen. In my kitchen I had a solar shade installed to have some view of the back yard and pool while still blocking out UV rays. I absolutely love both the blinds and solar shade! The blinds look great and operate smoothly. They also have a child safety mechanism to avoid any accidents. The solar shade is my favorite. Oscar had many selections and after going back and forth (he was VERY patient), I finally chose a material that looks great and does an excellent job at blocking out the heat and keeping my house cool. Out of all the companies I inquired with, Aztec Blinds was the fairest for the product they offered and I have zero regrets. I'd do business with them again in a heart beat. Ocsar is very friendly and professional. He came and gave an estimate, outlining all options. He then came and installed while we were away, per our request. When we got to see and use the blinds, there was some trouble with one of the blinds attachments as well as "telescoping" (where the shade didn't roll back up evenly). He came out right away to adjust the lines and fix the shade. So far so good. I would highly recommend Oscar and Aztec Blinds and Shutters.I feel like if there are any problems in the future, he will take care of us

It was a wonderful experience. Oscar was so patient with us as we tried to decide what we wanted. I think he came to our home at least 3 times to answer questions before we were ready to proceed. As soon as we said yes, Oscar lost no time in placing the order. And, as soon as he received our rolling shades he was ready to install and did! Oscar is the real deal. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and committed to excellence.

We found Aztec on another site and my husband contacted the business to arrange for quote. We had decided to do the master bedroom and master en suite with a different type of window treatment than was currently in place from the original home owner. Oscar Delgado who along with his wife, Roberta, own and operate Aztec Blinds & Shutters (aka Aztec Window Coverings) are very professional in their dealings with us. Roberta took messages and forwarded them to Oscar and our calls were returned promptly. Oscar arrived at our home complete with several binders with window covering samples to select from and we were able to refine our search to shades that were made from natural materials. We selected the one we felt was compatible with what we envisioned for our master bedroom. The price was very affordable and we felt that Oscar had been very thorough in his presentation and extremely accommodating. After we decided to go with Aztec, we called him to ask if he could drop off the sample we had selected so we could decide on a paint combination--he complied with our request without any hesitation. This was extremely helpful to us in deciding on the colors we wanted to showcase our new shades. Within a few weeks, our shades arrived and Oscar set-up an install date. He has always been punctual and the day of the install was no different. Oscar was thorough, accommodating, efficient and completed the install in a very timely fashion. Aztec was affordable and because they are a local and family owned, we found this another reason to go with Aztec. We highly recommend Aztec for all your window needs. We are very pleased with Aztec and the Delgado family. If I can figure out how to include photos, I will do so. I can't recommend Aztech enough! First off, we had 15 windows and 2 shades installed in our house and it came in half of what we expected to pay. Oscar was very professional and helped us pick blinds that fit our house and our budget. Installation went very smoothly, and when the manufacturer sent the wrong size valance for one of the blinds Oscar pointed it out and came back to replace it (we would've never noticed). In addition, Oscar never tried to upsell us on anything we didn't need or want. The installation itself is perfect. Oscar clearly has been doing this a while and everything looks fantastic. Do yourself a favor and call him, you'll be glad you did!

I called and interviewed five shutter companies around town as I wanted to install shutters in the living room and kitchen windows. Aztec Shutters was the ONLY company that was willing to put the shutters inside of the window sills without framing the outside of the windows. This was complicated by the kitchen windows, as the counter tile went up the sills about 12-14". The other venders all wanted to frame the outside of the windows and then install the shutters along the edge. One company even told me it could not be done the way I desired. It was very frustrating, to say the lease. Oscar listened and suggested various ways in which to achieve the desired effect. He did not hesitate and provided us with several options in dealing with the tiled windows. The Aztec team showed up on time and with great skill, provided just what we wanted. The windows are fabulous. The shutters are mounted inside of the window sills as requested. In the kitchen, the shutters have been tailored to accommodate the tile. I plan on calling this company again when we start the master bedroom remodel.
