AZTEC Blinds & Shutters

The owner came to my home and took the time to thoroughly explain my design choices and show me samples. Not pushy at all, just trying to get the look I wanted. The blinds I ordered were installed first and fit great. The shutters came a few weeks behind the original timeline estimate, but that's understandable given the problems with overseas supply chains during the pandemic. The shutters also look great, and the installation was done smoothly and efficiently.

I am so happy to have stumbled across Aztec Blinds and Shutters. Oscar, the owner, came out for my initial consultation. He took measurements, made knowledgeable recommendations and showed me his products and options. When the quote came in, I was so grateful that it came in far below that of a better-known company in town. Aztec put window coverings actually within our budget! Very reasonable. Oscar and his team were very responsive to email inquiries and they called to schedule installation as soon as they received the product. Installers were polite, professional, clean and tidy. Michael was even very aware of whether my dogs were inside the house or not, taking care not to let them run off! Our home is older and the walls are not at all square, so Aztec took the extra time to caulk the shutters to mask any gaps. This company feels like family and I would absolutely recommend them!

Aztec has the best price and best service - I got several estimates and they were he most professional! And reasonable in cost. When we had a conflict with movers coming when Aztec was to come they changed their schedule to make sure they were not in the way of the movers and plumbers. Amazing service - super accommodating and super nice professionals. I HIGHLY recommend Aztec- from the estimate to the install they knocked it out of the proverbial park!

Needed vertical blinds put in for the back half of the house to replace the cheap horizontal blinds I put in myself years ago that were falling apart. (Vertical blinds because cat.) They were prompt, on-time, and pleasant during both the initial estimation visit and the actual installation. Prices were fair, and seemed in line with other estimates I had received. The blinds appear to be very well installed, cut evenly, and well fitted to the windows enclosures. They did a last walkthrough looking for extra spare parts left, which is always a nice touch that many companies do not do. (not talking about normal drilling dust and such, but plastic parts, screws, etc that pets can swallow accidentally) Lastly, both gentlemen were very pleasant. Was just overall a great experience. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks guys!

Aztec did a great job from consultation, to matching the blind color, to installation and all at a great price. The installers were very professional and did a great job.

I spent lot of time getting quotes for shutters and Aztec had the best price (especially considering the quality of the products we were comparing). Their bid came in less expensive than JCPenny and Costco, which really surprised me. I'm very happy with the quality of the shutters, they add a lot to our home. We also had a great customer service experience - everyone we dealt with was very knowledgable and polite. I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service all around. Quickly scheduled in home sales appointment where I received several options for blackout honeycomb blinds and best mechanism for several large windows from Oscar, the owner. Cost seemed less than if big box brand supplier. Blinds were available within 2 weeks and installation scheduled. There was a scheduling glitch with the installer which was promptly remedied and rescheduled for the following business day. This is the mark of a great company - what they do when something goes wrong. I even received a call from the first installer to apologize about the schedule - what a delightful surprise. Albert the second installer was meticulous and did a great job in less than the estimated time. Very polite and professional. I also prefer supporting smaller local companies like this one.

It went great! Everyone from the sales process to the installation were great. They were not pushy, rude, harsh with the house installation, and we're very personable. They beat any competitors price, explained everything In detail for me, and the installation was exceptional. They were careful with my shutters, installed them properly, and spent extra time with the caulking to make sure there wasn't any leaked light. I am VERY impressed from sales to install. I would highly recommend Aztec to anyone, and I've done my fair share of research. Thank you all!

Leo and Juan arrived at our home to install the plantation shutters that we had ordered from Oscar, who did a great job helping us choose which shutter would look the best. The install went without a hitch. They not only did a great job on the install but Leo also touched up and painted the wall where the old vertical blinds were hanging. They even vacuumed and hauled off the the old blinds. We're extremely happy with Aztec and would highly recommend them for all of your shutter and blind needs.
