I appreciated that they were easy to reach with questions. Staff are friendly, professional and quick to resolve an issues with roll down blinds. Downside was extensive time from ordering to arrival and install of shutters. They estimated 6 weeks at most and it took 9 weeks, but the wait was worth it.
