Description of Work: I had an issue with my Whirlpool Refrigerator that took several trips and two technicians to figure out. They have a 30 day guarantee that we needed to use since it took several attempts to properly diagnosis.

Description of Work: He came to repair my 2004 GE microwave. The Magnatron was the problem, plus another part needed to be replaced, so we decided it was more economical to replace this appliance. He was wonderful and my husband chatted with him and I called home and also had a quick talk with him (Joey). He was very congenial and I completely understood the problem. We will replace our microwave.

Description of Work: The lid switch on my old top loading Kenmore broke. This meant that it would not start the spin cycle. I called ATS, and was happy to learn that a part still existed for my 14 year old machine. ATS was able to send a tech the following day within a two hour window. The tech was professional and quickly installed the part and since then my machine works great.

Description of Work: Checked ice maker (which was not dispensing the ice thru the door. Determined it was the auger board that was not working right, so it was a refrigerator problem, not an ice maker problem. I told him we have AMS and would call them to come out and fix refrigerator problem, as it would be cheaper to fix

Description of Work: We have used ATS a number of times for dishwasher and washing machine repair. We've always been pleased with them. Most recently, they repaired our washing machine, which had been slowly leaking, creating mold damage to the wall behind it. They immediately diagnosed and thoroughly explained the problem and fixed it promptly and professionally. We highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreSeveral weeks ago I received an expensive Italian made electric range which I had ordered on the internet. Appeared to be in perfect condition, however upon installation several problems were noted. After contacting the range's US distributor, I was advised to connect one of several local appliance repair services. I happened to select "Authorized Technical Services" of Tucson. I am exceedingly glad I did. The technician came out promptly as scheduled. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found the defective components in a very complex range with associated wiring. Ordered two replacement components. Replaced one but second one received not correct. Technician even called Australia to insure the correct part was resent from the manufcture's California parts supplier. All repairs were covered under the manufacture's warranty. I cannot recommend "Authorized Technical Services. Inc." highly enough. My repairman was exceedingly knowledge, careful in replacing parts and reassembling the range. He promptly rescheduled appointments and kept me informed of his arrival time, and always arrived on time as scheduled.

 + -1 moreThe experience with them was excellent. The individual who came out seemed to be very knowledgeable and he was friendly. He was prompt and he did a good job of cleaning the coils on the fridge as well as replacing the compressor. It took a few days because they had to order it. He looked at the numbers on the fridge and told me that it was still under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything.
Description of Work: They replaced the compressor in my refrigerator.
