Since I was able to figure out the broken part using my owner's manual, they ordered the part & had it ready for the service call (it was not one they normally stocked).

The technician who handled this repair (his name is Marty) did an excellent job. He knew what to look for. His analysis of the problem with our dryer was quick and correct. The repair required a part. When he came to install the part, he did it quickly and tested the dryer to be sure the problem had been solved. He was friendly and courteous. For any appliance service I need in the future, I will be calling ATS.

My oven was not heating. They came out and, after examining the oven, consulted the manufacturer who said the problem was the computer motherboard which would alone would cost $600. They convinced the manufacturer that the failure was so close to the warranty date, so they got a replacement at about half the price. Service above and beyond.

When my Whirlpool washer stopped working, I called Whirlpool and they setup an appointment with Authorized Technical Services to come out for the repair. I was told that it would be $69.95 to come out. The technician took approximately 15 mins to open the washer and say the motor isn't kicking on and it could be one of three parts. I asked him to check prices before I determine if we should replacement. After he looked, he said they can't get one of the parts any more and it was probably the part I needed. So it cost me 69.95 to be told there is nothing they can do. They had the model and serial number of the machine. It should be possible to check if parts are available for that machine before even coming out.

Mike was incredible! I can say, without fail, this is the best service I have ever received. He was actually unable to fix my machine, because it was a Kenmore and Sears needed to verify the diagnostic. Actually, Mike could have guessed, but did not want to risk purchasing the wrong part. He gave me his personal number and told me to call when I found out what the problem was. He felt bad about not being able to do the work, but gave me lots of great feedback on what to check when I called Sears. Sears repair arrived and gave me an astronomical quote in addition to some run around treatment when attempting to schedule. I called mike and told him what the problem was. He walked me through how to get the replacement part online on my own, which saved me $300. As if that was not enough, he then encouraged me to put it in myself. He was right! It took me 10 minutes to put in the new board and I would have been sick to my stomach to pay someone the $175 which was quoted for labor. I will go to ATS for every single appliance repair need in the future and tell everyone I know. Service like this is hard to find these days.

The repairman was so nice, and discovered the problem quickly and fixed it. Not only that, but I had bought this from a friend not knowing originally it was a front loader. I had never used one before and he gave me valuable information. Then, after washing a few loads the machine began to rock, like it was out of balance. He returned and charged nothing. This is a great company!

Called ATS after seeing the number of good reviews on Angie's List. Dryer was making strange metal-on-metal sounds so we unplugged it and made appointment to see what was wrong and if it was worth repairing. Technician Mike came out and took dryer apart enough to diagnose the problem. He was very good about showing me what the issue was (worn parts) and quoted a repair + parts price that made repairing much less expensive than getting a new dryer. Mike also said that the dryer was in good general condition other than worn parts. Dryer is working fine now. We are very happy that we did not have to go through the hassle and expense of replacing a large appliance right now.

Since we live in a rural area, it is sometimes difficult to get qualified repair experts to travel from Tucson. Bobby was prompt in returning our call, and showed up when promised. He quickly diagnosed our problem (one which I would not have figured out myself), and clearly explained our options. We are satisfied with his work and would use him again.

The whole experience was professional through and through. Russ came out for the service call at the time we were told and was all business. He quickly identified the problem. The follow up visit/repair came much quicker than we expected and went without a hitch. Unlike other companies we have used, when ATS gives you a time frame, they stick to it. Their communication was excellent. Would use them again without hesitating.

Called about my washing machine problem on a Monday and the soonest they could have a technician out was Thursday. I explained my issue (machine not spinning or draining) and gave the brand and model number over the phone. Technician called then arrived within their given time windows. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement drain pump on hand to install. Entire service visit took maybe 30 minutes and all is well again. Was charged $106 for labor (which includes the ~$70 service call fee) and $89 for the new pump, plus tax. Labor cost seems a tad high.

I brought the microwave oven in and dropped it off. ATS staff were courteous and efficient. I had the results of their diagnostics a few hours later. Unfortunately, they found a major component had to be replaced, for which they quoted more than I'd paid for the unit at Costco when I purchased it new some years prior (an more than a unit of comparable size and power costs new today). Perhaps this is due to the unit being an old model for which parts are less available, or perhaps this reflects pricing for replacement parts on the part of the manufacturer (GE). In any event, I wasn't about to pay more to repair and old machine than it would cost me to buy a new, warrantied, machine instead. I consider the $30 diagnostic fee to be entirely reasonable and would not hesitate to use ATS for diagnostic services in the future. Whether I would use them for repair services would depend entirely on whether any quoted price represents a good value relative to the replacement cost for either a new or a working used model.

The technician Bob was really helpful. The sensor on my dryer was not working as well as it did previously and he cleaned it off. Then he reattached the dryer vent after cutting a large section out of it so that it would conduct the heat better. After looking at my washing machine which had been tearing up my clothes he figured out that the problem was with my putting the wash on the automatic fill cycle which was underfilling for the size of the wash. He suggested I use the manual controls to make sure there was enough water in the wash during the cycle. Both washer and dryer are now working a lot better.

The service was impeccable, from the receptionist to the techinician. Had an order part and came in earlier than anticipated.

Great technicians - experienced, professional and have great advice for who to avoid problems in the future (i.e. maintenance we weren't doing that we should be doing).Highly recommend.

My stove bake function stopped working. Although I contacted thru email and a phone message another repairman, he was too long in responding. When he did call, I had already contacted Appliance Technical Services for the repair. I called ATS on Monday afternoon and was informed about the price of the service call and that repairs would be extra. The customer service representative asked all the right question to narrow the problem. She was very nice and professional. I was informed the repairman could be out on Tuesday and that he would call Tuesday morning to give me a 2-hour window. He called and I wasn't home. He left a message telling me that he would be here between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. A little after noon, he called and said he was finished at the previous job and could be right over. I said fine. Within 30 minutes he arrived. He was dressed professionally and had all the tools he needed with him. Although he knew from the workorder what I told the receptionist, he allowed me to explain it all again. He then checked the oven and in less than a minute diagnosed the problem. Although he did not have the exact replacement, he did have a suitable and better igniter on hand. He proceeded to replace the igniter and test the oven. It heated up immediately and I was one happy camper. He then took his tools to his truck and then came back with the bill. I was expecting it to be closer to the $200 range so I was pleasantly surprised with a bill of $150. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a large appliance repair. My stove is a gas stove. I love companys that do what they say they will do and do it on time.This is that kind of company. I did tell the receptionist when I called that I learned about them on Angie's List. That was annotated on the workorder also.

Everything went really well. Arrived on time, performed the work quickly and professionally and the price was right. Even got a Angie's list 5% discount.

Bob, the service provider, was punctual, polite, and professional. He checked out the refrigerator, explained the problem, and advised that we purchase a new one as the repair cost would exceed the cost of a new unit. He took the time to discuss replacement options and was very patient answering my questions. Although he did not repair the refrigerator, his diagnosis and advice were very helpful.

My dishwaser was smoking like it was going to catch on fire so I called Authorized Technical Services Inc to service it. Once they arrived, they saw it was a GE and they called the company to confirm it was on the list of recalls. They gave me the phone number to call and GE. Who came out and rebuilt my dishwasher. Once completed Authorized Technical Services Inc sent their bill to Ge to be paid. They also took a look at a washer and dryer unit in my RV. It is extremely difficult to find individuals to service these RV units. They were able to fix it and were very resonably priced.

I have used them a lot through the years. They do a great job.

Technician arrived one minute early (!), fixed the problem, polite, helpful. Took total of less than 15 minutes. Great service.

Serviceman arrived exactly on time, told me the problem, and said he would need to order the part. He called his office and did so. Later, I received a call from the office that the part was ordered. A day later I received another call to schedule installation of part. Serviceman came back, put the part in and that was it. Great service, professional, pleasant, servieman. Easy.

It was the best repair service ever experienced. Bob was knowledgeable and experienced. He was trained to repair Bosch Dishwashers by the Bosch Company. He did a great job and it has been running fine ever since he repaired our Bosch Dishwasher.

The burner needed to be replaced and they needed to order it. When he installed it, he installed it incorrectly and I had to have them come back out to resolve the issue. They were very professional in handling the issue.

Marty called the day before to confirm his appointment time. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in short order (even though the fridge wasn't exhibiting symptoms when he was working on it). He pulled out the offending part, showed me what was wrong, got the replacement part from his truck, and installed the new motor. No muss, no fuss. I highly recommend ATS's professional service.

Gary arrived as scheduled, completed the repair in approximately four hours and subtracted the cost of the original service call from the final bill. The repair solved my refrigeration problems and was performed efficiently and competently by a very knowledgeable and experienced tech.
