Description of Work: Troubleshooted the washing machine for a leak. Discovered the wrong soap had been purchased, used and caused the problem. Did a fantastic job of narrowing down the problem and recommending the solution, which is to use HE detergent. Fantastic job.

Description of Work: Excellent trained tech. Service tech from company we bought the dish washer from wasn't able to diagnose the problem after 15 inutes or so. ATS dignosed that the mother board was bad and reccomended I replace the 5 year old machine due to cost of part He didn't charge me anything because he didn't fix it and was only here a couple minutes and he had another service call around the corner from my house. My lucky day. I would highly recommend this company. 2ND Time I used them on different products.refrigerator previously.

Description of Work: My LG refrigerator needed a new water line as it was leaking from the back. When they arrived, they didn't have the correct size in the truck so it needed to be special ordered. Within a few days, they contacted me to let me know the part was in and when I could have them come back out. They were out in no time. I was very happy with their services and would recommend them again, especially if you have an LG appliance. Many of the vendors I contacted wouldn't touch an LG because of their complexity.

Description of Work: Repaired downdraft range hood which was inoperative due to a failed microswitch(es). The technician returned twice after the first visit because the manufacturer kept sending the wrong part. I have used ATS several times in the past and they have excelled in properly completing their task in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Description of Work: The tech was here to repair the ice maker in my refrigerator. He was very prompt and professional and good to explain what the problem was. He did order the wrong part the first time and needed to make a third trip, but the repair was made and I have no complaints.

Description of Work: I had a 6 year old Frigidaire upright freezer that would cool but would not get cold, After purchasing it 6 years ago from Christies Appliances, I called them for service, they did not show up at the scheduled time and stated they "missed us," during a ten minute window. I called them and they could not reschedule for a week, so here I am on Angies list After reviewing serveral vendors I called ATS and was greated by a professional customer service represenative who listened to my concerns and then said they could have someone out the next day within a two hour window. i stated that was ok. the next morning I recieved a call confirming the appoinment window and was given the name of the service technician. the technician called me 30 minutes before the service window and confirmed appointment time. He arrived at EXACTLY the stated time, required minimal supervision and was able to diagnoses the problem in less than 30 minutes. the failure a condenser 565.00 to replace and his recommendation, buy a new freezer. he informed me the service call was 59.00, what I was told on the phone by the receptionist, the 5% angie's list discount for members is ONLY for labor performed NOT the service call, I know, I know 2.95 cents won't break me, but it should be spelled out in the details of their coupon, otherwise FLAWLESS execution and very professional would use again without hesitation!

Description of Work: After explaining to the Service technician Bob our problem. He immediately made a determination. He made a simple adaptation to our drain system. This procedure immediately negated our problem ; a gurgling sound each & every time the refrigerator door was opened or closed. Prior to this, and after close to one year, and having made a number of phone calls to Sun Zero for assistance, it seems to be fixed. Please note Sub-Zero Technicians etc. were very gracious but just could not help us pin-point the problem.
