Description of Work: Extended chimney flues above the roof. I thought it was a little expensive for what was done but it was accomplished quickly. I thought the upfront charges a little off putting.

Description of Work: The man arrived in the time limit and checked two grills. One only needed a tighter connection of the regulator and propane hose in order to ignite the fire. No charge. The other need a part to replace the broken burner which he had. He told me the cost of the part. It was added to the trip charge which the front desk had told me when I booked the appointment. Grills work now. Happy Me.

Description of Work: They cleaned every inch of my old greasy grill, and did it all with no mess. Service was prompt, efficient, and complete. I bought some new parts from an online source the technician gave me, and my grill is like new!

Description of Work: We started this process with them for our fireplace in Dec. and finally got it all in at the end of Feb. We had problems getting them scheduled, they dropped our order on a part and waited 3 weeks for it as a result, and while it works, it still is not easy to use the electronic ignition.
