Our water heater was leaking, we decided to do a little research first before calling anyone to come out to the house. We had a unit that was over 15 years old and sub-standard for the size of our home. Arico's sales associate provided an itemized list of expenses over the phone and asked all the appropriate questions. An estimator even came out to our home to provide a free quote when it was not even necessary (we were thinking of pursuing a tankless system). After settling on a model, an appointment was set up, and the technician came out, took out the old unit, replaced it with the new unit, inspected the installation for compliance with code, and left the home spotless. The new water heater passed city inspection. I think that the pricing was slightly more than it was with other companies because the water heater we chose was domestic (made in the USA, rather than in China like the ones they sell at Home Depot).

We have had them several times. We kind of changed things all around here and we put in new sinks and stuff. We had them for that. We called them back for our hot water. The technician, the one that we have always got is just wonderful. He knows his job and he works quickly. He doesn’t drag his feet as some of them do. We are very satisfied. We had a drain problem and he took care of that too. It was a pretty tough deal and he gave me discount. The person who comes to my house is Roger and whenever I call them I ask for Roger. He is here promptly and he gives us good advice on what we should do and not do. I am very happy with him. I thought that the price was fair. They are here when they say they are going to be here. Their professionalism is very good. They clean up after themselves. I have used them five times so far.

I have used them for years and years. I continue going back to them because they get the work done and they are reasonably priced. I have recommended them to others. Their professionalism is very nice.

As it stands right now the cooler is not working, they refuse to give me a credit and they refuse to send anyone else out to see if they could fix it!! Very poor business practices. I will tell all my friends!

The old pipes were put in 1980's and they were cracked. We got a couple of estimates and Arico were right in the ballpark. They came out and got it all done. We were very pleased with them.

I have no complaints about the water heater. However, the pipe they installed and welded multiple times, I have had leak. I had two inches of water come from the leak. They do not do estimates, and they should be able to do this. I was very disappointed with this job. I had used them on other occasions, and was happy with that work. I think they have gone down in professionalism and integrity in their work.

It ended up taking him longer than that because the installer broke something while he was installing it. he ended up charging me $170 for the work. After they left I looked at the bill and saw I was charged for two hours of time. I called them and explained the situation and asked for a rebate. They said they couldn't do it. I thought it was unethical and a very bad way to treat a customer.

Arico's price was too high for my liking. Besides the price, I always like the job they do.

Arico's job was real quick so the price seemed a little excessive. I like the people they send and they do good work as well.

They were very prompt, they came out within an hour. They were very courteous and gave us some maintenance tips, I was very pleased.

The guy who came was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He did a good job and gave me good suggestions as well. I was very satisfied with him.

They did a good job, at a reasonable price. A better price than a lot of other plumbing companies told me. The service took place when they promised.

We have used them numerous times. We have always been extremely pleased with them. They are incredibly professional. It is amazing how quickly they come out. They have fair prices. We?ll continue to use them.

They know exactly what they are doing, they're very experienced. Once they brought an apprentice, but they normally just send one guy.

They knew immediately what was wrong and they fixed it. I was charged only for a house call, I wasn't even charged for the repair. I don't remember how much it cost, but I thought it was fair at the time. They company also has a plumbing division.

Work was prompt and of high quality. No estimate was given. Total time on-site was 6 hours. Itemized bill included $800 for installed water heater--in other words about $400 in excess of materials cost, or about 6 hours labor @ $65/hr. But, the $800 was by no means comprehensive. In addition to base charge, bill included: $40 for pan (required by code); $57 for 48" of flex pipe; $33 for 3/4" ball valve; $30 for 2' of 3/4" copper pipe; and an additional $254 (3.5 hr) for labor. At these prices, Arico clearly has no interest in repeat customers.

The work went fine. Arico called to delay the first appointment which I could not agree to since I had to be at work. It was rescheduled for the next day and the work was completed on time.

ARICO was around $2 - 3k cheaper than the other quotes I obtained. However, ARICO did not obtain the necessary permits. They did not follow code and, luckily, were caught by an inspector. They were forced to bring the work they had already completed up to code and did so. They were very responsive about fixing a couple of minor leaks at valves. If you do hire a plumber for major work, make sure they are going to have the necessary inspections.

Found no power going to the furnace, had to replace the bad switch. Got the furnace going and noticed the blower motor making noise but said it was fine and in the mean time was checking for carbon monoxide.

THEY REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME. MY WIFE AND I THOUGHT THE MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

WE LIKE TO USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT OUT AS SOON AS WE CALL THEM. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM, AND THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY ARE DONE. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

EXCELLENT WORK DONE ON ALL HOUSES. CAME ON TIME AND CLEANED UP WELL AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. THEIR PRICING WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED BUT EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON TIME.

THE MAN WHO CAME OUT JUST DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. WHEN HE TIRED TO FIX MY TOILET SO IT WOULD FLUSH RIGHT, HE ENDED UP MAKING IT SO THAT IT WOULDN'T FLUSH AT ALL. THEY SAID THEY'D COME BACK OUT, BUT I TOLD THEM TO JUST FORGET IT.
