It was good experience and they did a fair job.

This is the third time we have used Jason for home improvement/repair projects. We enjoy having him in our home, as he is respectful, accommodating, and supremely professional and always fulfills his promises. He is always punctual, and has never arrived late or not at all as some people we have used in the past. Jason and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They pulled the range out from the wall and installed the tile to the wall. I had asked Jason if he would do me a favor and unkink the gas line that the original installers of the range has made in the gas line. He did this and reinstalled the range after they applied the tile to the wall. They installed the tile along the entire wall behind and beyond the range on both sides, which was a total of around 11 sq. feet. His original quote was only the area behind the stove itself (a total of 6 square feet), but I changed my mind and asked him to extend it to cover the entire wall, which they did at no extra charge, which I greatly appreciated. I did purchase and supply the tile, but they would have supplied the tile had I wanted them to do so. They returned the next day, right on time again, to grout the tile. Jason brought me a color chart for the grout available, and helped me decide what color to use. This is another good quality about Jason. He has good taste, and one can rely on his recommendations. This day they were here about one hour, and the next day they returned (on time) to seal the tile. This took about 1/2 half an hour. When they finished I talked to Jason about installing pot lights in the kitchen and again he came up with great suggestions and agreed to send me a quote for this job which we will do sometime soon. The kitchen looks fantastic with this tile, and it will improve the ability to keep the area clean. We are very pleased with the work.

This is the fourth time we have used Jason to help us with projects in and around our home. We enjoy having him do work for us as he is respectful and helpful in addition to his excellent skill as a contractor. He always arrives punctually. I should point out that the price of this project included installing the glass tile that I have described previously. Jason first removed our existing range hood and installed a new stainless steel hood. This hood has two lights and two fans which were all connected properly and quickly. The new item works like a dream and looks great too. Jason and his assistant removed all the packing for the new hood as well as taking the old hood and disposing of it. This was very helpful and we appreciated this detail. My husband and I are very pleased with Jason and his assistant's work and their professional attitude. They are highly recommended by us.

It took a little longer than originally planned due to a mix up with amount of tile needed, but was not a problem. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and were extremely prompt. Very dependable. The workmen Jason brought in were great - really knew their job and went beyond the basics, laying the tile so corners were matched, not just what "fit". Very professional attitudes by all that were on the job site.

The gentleman who came out was very pleasant and informative. He was very punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, but at the end of the day I could not use him because it was out of my budget. He just gave me a lot of information, which was helpful. He was a very happy young man. If I have money, I will definitely use him.

Amenity did an excellent job - they did exactly what we wanted and had the best turn-around time of any contractor we've worked with. On top of that, theirs was the lowest quote.

They were too expensive. They were nice guys and came on time. They were very nice people but it was way too high. They were very quick but it was way too much money.

Amenity Construction did a wonderful and it only took them a few hours. It looks great and it really improved the look of our back porch. Also, as they didn't use all the materials that they thought they would, they gave us a discount, which they didn't have to do. We will use them again.

They were rated pretty high on Angie’s List; so I contacted him for an estimate. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about the flooring. I ended up with 4 estimates and all were very close in price. There is no reason as to why I chose another company. Their pricing was right in the middle. He came when he said he was going to but he was here only once.

They came out on time as per scheduled time. Their estimate was the highest and absolutely outrageous for the area. I also felt that they didn’t have enough experience and they had just taken over the business from their dad. I would not consider in using them in the future.

Jason and Michael were very professional, responsive to our needs and finished both projects in a timely fashion. We requested 3 bids and during the bidding process Jason was very helpful and had a couple of suggestions that saved us money. His bid was the most reasonable of the three. We are very happy with the results of both projects and will use them again.

They seemed very good and very knowledgeable. I would rate them high overall. I might consider in using them because their price was pretty high.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Scott and Mike are very professional, thurough and detail oriented ... AND FAST! The room was done in 1.5 days and there was miminal impact on the daily routine in the house. The room looks much better than it ever has. I had a couple of other bids that were, perhaps, 20% less, but it they were from individuals doing the job which would have taken the better part of a week. I've already made arrangements to use Amenity again ... you should contact them!

We have only the highest praise for Jason. His work was top quality, done on time, and for a fair price. We made quite a few changes on the fly as the projects evolved. We tend to be a bit picky but Jason was unfailingly patient, professional, and knowledgeable in helping us figure out what would work best for us then making it happen. Jason did much of the work himself plus hired a variety of subcontractors for various aspects of the projects. His subs also did excellent work and had nothing but good things to say about him. Everything went smoothly. He went out his way to be helpful, answer all our questions, and we learned a lot from him that has helped us in our own homeowner projects. He is highly skilled in all aspects of construction, perhaps in part because his Dad is a contractor so he grew up learning the trade. We will be hiring him to help us remodel our kitchen plus some other home improvement projects. Bottom line; If you hire Jason, you will NOT be disappointed.

Jason from Amenity came and inspected the site. Arrived on time, reviewed the request, asked many questions so was sure to understand exactly what I wanted done. He provided the quote within 48 hours. I requested some modification after inspection- including the use of sound dampening materials for the new construction wall, overlay current ceiling with sound dampening material and upgrading the new space door. Jason was responive, did research, and updated the quote quickly. Amenity was able to begin work within a few days, and all work was completed in just two days. Amenity time arrived on time, and worked efficiently, and respectfully in our home. While working, Amenity's team confirmed with questions what was needing to be done- and asked questions about all matters such as electrical outlet locations, light switches, door swing direction- both to confirm and to ensure this is still what we wanted. Amenity team also did above and beyond projects- for example- noted a faulty electrical box while adding lighting in my kitchen- and replaced it free of charge. I am extremely satisfied with the result. The new walls matched exactly previous home construction and detail. Upon completion none could guess that the space was not original build in my home. We have recieved tremendous feedback from friends- many of whom were very skeptical of the project- all are very impressed with the work done. New lighting is exactly what we had needed, and again, none can tell walls were cut/repaired. I highly recommend Amenity for your needs.

Jason submitted a bid very promptly. The price was very fair; in fact it was the lowest bid we received. We ultimately chose another contractor but would contact Jason for other upcoming projects.

Overall, the job done was good. He did pretty good work. He seemed pretty nice and he was very quiet, that is not a bad thing because he was working. One of the things we did like about him is the fact that he was flexible. It was for hanging a new front door. We did not want to spend too much money. He actually told us if we wanted to save money, we could go out and buy pre-hung door, and he would just put it in and that he would not build the door from scratch and it would not cost a lot more money. I just liked the fact that he kind of said so. So we ended up buying a door and gave it to him to hang and he did a pretty good job. He was not quite as detail oriented as we would have liked - there was one kind of place where it was not quite flush and my husband actually had to point that out to him but once that was pointed out, he fixed it. I am glad that my husband noticed it but at the same time he did fix it as soon as it was pointed out, he did it right away. He did not argue or anything, so that was fine. He had another guy with him who was good too. When everything was said and done, the quality was good. I would probably not use him in the future. We are really sticklers for quality - we don?t want to be the ones to notice what is wrong. We want the providers to notice what is wrong, but he did do a good job and he did fix it and it is fine now.

We're very pleased with the work. They showed up on time, worked very efficiently; fixed the problem - plus some little jobs added after the fact, and did it for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again.

We were amazed at how well this project went. First, the contractor gave us an estimate. He arrived right on time when he came to the house to give the estimate. We accepted his great price and set a date and time for him and his workers to return to do the work. They arrived right on time, and contractor gave us a call to let us know that he was on his way. They stained the rough hewn posts and the stair stringer and installed all of them in just a few hours. They used the latest technology to support the porch and deck while they removed the damaged posts and reinstalled them with new posts. We are absolutely planning to have them back to make other repairs and renovations. We are so happy to have found an intelligent and proficient contractor that we can rely on.

The representative for Amenity arrived within the time frame given, he carefully reviewed the areas of concern, took measurements and explained to me what he was going to do. He provided me with a dollar amount quote, and did not proceed with the work until I agreed to the price and the work involved. He was professional, and utilized his time management effectively. He did an excellent job with the drywall repairs, prepped the immediate areas before any work was performed, the cutting of the replacement pieces were percise and blended in well with the wall texture. He did a very good and very quick job with clean-up as well. I was additionally pleased and impressed with the company when I showed the representative from Amenity a small drywall issue I had in one of my bathrooms that was not discussed prior to the original appointment and wanted to make another appointment for that repair, and without hesitation he repaired that too.

The projects were done on time and at a reasonable price for the work. The shower door had to be custom fit for our shower and when they found that one piece had a deep scratch in a place that would be visible, he called the distributer and arranged for a replacement part to be sent and will replace that piece at no cost to us. They are very friendly and professional and I would recommend them.

It went very well. They had to demo an existing deck structure and the entire master bath. We built an addition which involved pouring a slab, framing, stucco, painting, roofing. They did all electrical and cooling and heating for the addition. We had lighting, cable, windows and a sliding glass door installed in this room with a deck built off the back. In the master bath. We gutted the entire bathroom, all interior walls and two outside walls. We replaced glass block on exterior walls with solid walls and windows. We installed a new tub, toilet, built-in shower with glass door. We had the cabinet company install the cabinets and countertop. Amenity did all of the tile floor, painting, electrical, light fixtures, medicine cabinets. We ended up replacing the flooring in the master bedroom which they also did. They were excellent. They were always on time. All of the guys were courteous and professional. They were very willing to adapt to changes in our schedule and changes in the plan that were possible. They also had plans drawn up and took care of getting all permits and inspections. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work.

The job went well. They showed up promptly as scheduled and worked diligently to complete the work. I think it took 3 days, including the electrical issue. They cleaned up their materials when done. Jason went over which facia boards needed replacement. He replaced all the wood columns, as they were all spongy. I had an additional column added near the front entrance. When replacing a section of facia board, Jason noticed a crack in the roofing sealant and filled that in. Overall we were very satisfied with the work and the price. We did get quotes from other contractors.
