I had a young man come out and inspect the installation of my unit, which was done incorrectly. He also let me know how much it would cost to have the filters inside the home, instead of having to climb up on the roof to change them. He was knowledgable.They're going to be coming out every six months to check on my unit. The price includes the initial visit plus the other couple visits that they will do in the upcoming months. I haven't had any real work done yet by this company, but so far so good.

Price was good but some question on work performed. Our maintenance person reviewed and thsy needed to come back and fix some work which was not done properly.

Would never recommend to anyone. They had many service chances to correct their errors, but always said some other part needed to be replaced, but not the real thing broken, and then caused more damaged. The cost we spent with them over time was a lot more than the $65 motor that we bought and fixed the cooler not working, the roof leaking cost us even more. Did not bother going back to them to report what damage they had caused, we were done dealing with them.

Technician arrived promptly on schedule, performed job and cleaned up. Excellent service, very courteous technician. I'll definitely be using this company to service my heating/cooling system going forward.

Everything was good until I arrived home 10 hours after the tech left. My house was hotter than it had ever been. I dropped the thermostat and waited another 30 minutes and the house got even hotter. I called the company and left a voice message. My call was returned the next morning and another tech was sent. He reconnected the loose wire in 15 minutes and my air has been working fine since.

Got the quote one day, they came the next on time. They didn't have all the right materials and drove all the way back to return (it's a 2 hour return trip!) with the correct stuff. They finished before the day was out. The work and the workers were extremely professional, better than I expected. They not only cleaned up their own mess, but some of the mess under the porch. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience

They were punctual, responsive and came out within 2 days. Their estimate was good but it was not very detailed.

They were quick to respond. They were polite. The technician was polite and explained what the problem was. I felt they were being honest. A different technician told me something completely different.

I called for an estimate and he was out within 3 days. He said that I would need to hire a structural engineer to verify that the unit could go on the roof. I asked him to mail the estimate as soon as possible. I waited 3 weeks and still no estimate. I called the office to find out what happened. She was very nice on the phone and explained that the serviceman was confused as to where to put the unit. I thought that I had cleared up any questions and asked them to send me an estimate as soon as possible. I never heard from the again. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

They came and did an estimate. They were on time. They inspected our ducts and AC/furnace system. They gave us a deal with the purchase of a service contract. Very professional.

They were right on time. My air conditioner went out and they came out within two days to install a new one. The guys who were installing it had to make the duct work themselves because the man who would have done it was sick. They stayed until 10 that night and went way beyond what they needed to do in order to get the job done. I would hire them for future work and would recommend them to others as well.

These guys were very professional and any time that I had any type of issue, they would come out right away to fix the problem. They were also efficient in getting the work done on time.

WE USE THEM FOR OUR AIR AND HEATING UNITS AS WELL AS CLEANING OUT OUR AIR DUCTS. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WE CALL THEM UP, AND THEY COME RIGHT AWAY. THEY TREAT OUR EMERGENCY'S LIKE THERE OWN. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIBLE, THOROUGH, AND TIMELY. THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THEY NEEDED TO COME OUT, AND THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, THEY CLEANED UP THE MESSES THEY MADE.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE WORK THAT THEY WERE DOING. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE JOB. THEY HAD EXPLAINED HOW TO OPERATE THE SYSTEM AND KNEW THE ANSWERS TO ANY QUESTION THAT I HAD.

MY WIFE CALLED, AND THEY WERE VERY POLITE TO HER ON THE PHONE. THEY WORKED AROUND OUR WORK SCHEDULE. THEY CALLED TO REMIND US WHEN THEY WERE COMING OUT. THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THEY DID FOR ME. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR QUALITY OF WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. WHEN THEY COME OVER, THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I REALLY LIKE THE NEW SYSTEM WE HAVE. THE MEN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND THE UNIT WORKS WONDERFULLY. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT MY WIFE AND I THINK IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.

THE COMPANY EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THE MEN ARE USUALLY ON TIME AND THEY ARE VERY ENJOYABLE TO TALK TO. EVEN AFTER MY CONTRACT IS UP I KNOW THAT I WILL CONTINUE USING THEM.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR FIVE YEARS. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND ARE USUALLY HERE WITHIN 24 HOURS. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT.
