they called throughout the entire job. they kept me updated on what was going on and they were kind enough to ask if showing up at 6 am would be an issue, which it was not

Was contacted by rep.within 24 hrs.stayed he was in area and came over within 40 min. Checked out solar unit and valves.Found a short o ft in wire and repaired.

Everything went smoothly. The provider was professional, explaining everything and he was so knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The pool was a dark green algae. Shocking it in the past months did not help, and it got worse. It is so wonderful to have a beautiful sparkling blue pool again. We are keeping Ambiance Pool on (to keep our pool swim-ready) as our regular and full service. They are doing an outstanding job.

I had a leaking pump and Michael came out, looked at the problem, called me with an estimate and fixed the problem! Honest and simple that's the way to do business.

The plaster at the bottom of my pool started to chip away. I immediately called Michael, he came out and looked at it. After settling on the details of what I wanted, the work started immediately and finished ahead of schedule. The pool is beautiful and looks like I have my own private lagoon in my backyard.

Michael Baker was prompt and thorough and in order to save me money did a number of repairs - replacing the pressure valve, sealing various pipes, replacing parts to get both my filter and cleaner working properly. He was prompt and thorough in all communications. He did not immediately recommend changing the sand in the filter to try and save me money. While the sand did turn out to need replacing, I appreciated his willingness to try and save me money. In the end I have a crystal clear pool again and have found a service provider who is both fair and skilled who I plan on relying on in the future.

Called in the morning, arrived in the afternoon, and finished with an hour. :-)

I'm a realtor and needed to quickly remedy some items on the inspection report that were picked up during the homw inspection. David took care of everything quickly andvery professionally. I definitely recommend him.

He was recommended to us by another pool service, because they were no longer servicing our area as they had too much of other work to do. Michael?s price seemed so reasonable and it took a lot of work time. He tried to keep up with it. We want to have contract with him. We are doing this on a regular basis. He comes out weekly. There was a lot of storm activity and some stuff in the pool and he took all that out. He checked the chemistry. We pay him $95 on a monthly basis; something like that. He had to use a lot of chemicals. We were very happy. We think the price was really good, looking at the amount of work they had to do. They took away things after cleaning and they had really large filters. He has kept the fence in good shape. We don't have problems with the allergy blooming in the pool. He took care of everything and we didn't have to do anything. We were very happy with the price. He kept me in touch. He is getting married this month; so he changed his schedule and he got a replacement. He e-mailed us and told that they needed to shift a day in terms of the pool servicing, which was not a problem. He has been very reliable. We were very happy with them. We will continue using him again in the future.

Michael has been servicing my pool for 2 years now. He was referred to me by another company who does not service my area any longer. I originally called him to check on my pool pump. It turns out the motor's bearing were going bad and the motor needed to be replaced. He replaced it that day with out any problems. Soon after I was talking to him about the calcium deposits on my waterfall and the white line that went all the way around my pool. He said that he did tile cleaning. That weekend I had him come out and clean the tiles. My pool has never looked so good! I have always been impressed by his honesty and willingness to work with me on any job. I would and have recommended him to my friends and neighbors.
