They are a reliable, professional company. I had only one issue, which took far too long to resolve, but it was resolved. In general they are responsive to the customer's needs and have great people working for them. I have recommended them to other family members.

Overall they did a good job of determining, what I suspected that I needed a new pool pump motor. They gave me a few different options for replacement with a standard motor or a high efficiency motor. I opted for the standard motor due to the high cost of the high efficiency motor. Mark the tech who installed my motor was the best! He was on time, professional and I could tell very passionate and particular about his work and doing the job right. He did have to come back to repair some plumbing because he did not have the right pipe fittings. My only caution would be to keep track of your payments as they called me and tried to double collect on the payments I made. I believe it was an honest mistake, which was cleared up quickly.

They were professional and informative but recently new people are involved.

Repairman didn't show up on day of original appointment but did come over on the second appointment time. Did a great job removing and replacing affected parts.

Terrible! The model they installed was not the model they were familiar with. The pump would not continue to run on a 24 hour cycle causing the water flow to brand new heater to be ZERO which can damage the heater. I kept emailing them and calling them each morning sending videos etc. They could not get it right. After 6000.00$ in fees paid the owner asked me to stop emailing them because it was upsetting the office staff. SERIOUSLY AFTER many trips out here and multiple calls to manufacturer finally they realized the models operation had changed. Hopefully no long term damage to my new heater. I would have been ok with them if they had just apologized for what we had been through but NOTHING, just rudeness & what I feel is a very unprofessional behavior. I know not everyone has had this experience with them but it was certainly mine and I truly wish it wasn't.

I am very satisfied with them. They communicate very well. When the pool needs some repairs, there is always more than one, but one person does the service, and then, there is somebody from the office that checks up on it every few months to make sure the pool is in good shape. They clean the area very well. It is fine.

I am a realtor so I called them on a house that I had listed that needed work and then, I started using them myself.

I spent about $2000. They were very competitive, showed up when they said the would and completed the work on time and answered any questions I had.

Its approximately $25 to $30 a week. We love our pool guy.

It was great! They have been amazing. We've had them for five years now. I would absolutely use them again. I would tell anyone to use them. The workers are very good, very professional, very knowledgeable.

They are real good, reliable and they do good work. They service my pool weekly. They've risen to the challenge. The owner came out on the firs visit and I thought that was very cool that he takes all that very seriously. He came out to update the original estimate. I had 3 different guys and I just wasn't satisfied with some algae in the pool and they sent a maintenance guy out. They've got a lot of people there deployed in different areas. They've retained their employees a long time. I think they've got a lot of 13 or 15 year employees, indication of some loyalty there. I don't think that's normal in that particular business, in the pool servicing and cleaning business.

I am on a monthly contract of $110. I normally don’t see them, but the pool looks great!

I called for an appointment. They arrived the next morning. By 10 o'clock the repair was complete, the clean up was professional and I was delighted at the reasonalblness of the invoice.

John, the service tech, came on time, removed the old pump, installed the new pump. He started the system and made sure it worked. He cleaned up and left in a timely manner.

Everything went as planned This is the third time I have used Ambiance Pool. Their service, response and professionalism has been excellent.

This Service provider fail in the most basic tasks of providing weekly cleaning and chemical management. Twice during the year the pool chemical became grossly out of balance requiring special treatment to regain chemical balance. I expressed a concern after the first instance. A couple of months later during the spring when chemical demand typically low-medium they had to treat the pool with special algae treatment and granular chlorine. I have had pools for much of my adult life and, in fact, worked for a pool company (Shasta Pools) for several years. These problems should never occur when weekly maintenance is contracted for.
