Description of Work: Our smaller single garage door was frozen and would not open. they came and fixed it quickly.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener and rebalanced garage door. |They were courteous, honest and completed the job within an hour or a bit more. They did not try to sell us services we did not need like some of the other garage door service providers.

Description of Work: Late, on a Friday afternoon, our garage door went off track and wouldn't shut. We called the company, and they sent someone out early Saturday morning. It ended up costing more than we had hoped, however, the service provider was knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. He even knew which items would be covered in our home warranty, and which would not. We would use this company again if the need were to arise.

Description of Work: $99 for service and I had a part that was worn and causing my door issues. Also my spring was not adjusted correctly which caused the piece to wear. He did not mislead me on anything. Explained everything I should be doing to keep the door in good shape. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: When I called them, I told them of issues we were having with the door (stopped mid way in opening and closing). They said the tune up might fix that. But when tech came out, he didn't even know I had an issue, was surprised when I told him. Was working fine just before he left. Just after he left, a spring broke and the door was stuck partly opened. Came back out and charged a lot of money for new springs. Also, I'm still not clear as to why this "tune up" purchaces through Angie's list is any better than an already cheaper first time inspection type thing always offered by the company itself. Unclear service prices and practices.

Description of Work: Referred through American Home Shield. Door would partially close then open back up again. Joel was our technician and did a great job. He arrived promptly, fixed the problem quickly, taught me how to prevent it in the future and perform annual preventative maintenance, explained the warranty, and posted a company sticker by the opener button. All in all a great experience and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Description of Work: Sensors were not working. Door would not close. Called office: prompt answer, prompt response, workman showed up early. The job was done effiently & quickly. Sensors were replaced, plus, I decided to tighten both springs of 3 car garage. Also we replaced some wheels. I just wanted to replace the sensors, but the door tech informed me that the springs needed tightening (which they really did) plus the wheels on the "big" door were replaced with newer & better wheels. The doors both performed very well after fixing.---and smooth.
