Description of Work: Called to set up an appointment for an estimate. Was told I would be contacted. After 10 days, no response, called again. Was told that they were busy, but that I would be contacted shortly. After 5 days, called again. Same story. I was never contacted.

Description of Work: Nothing was performed, at all. After calling them the first time, I waited a week for a response........nothing. I call back to find out if they had been out to the house and was told the guy assigned to my area was on vacation. The woman on the phone said she would assign it to another guy and asked a few questions about when and what time. I advised that I did not need to be there for them to do a estimate. Two weeks later, still no response. I have received calls from strange numbers on my home phone, but no messages left on the answering machine. I'm guessing they didn't want my business.
