They were prompt and did a very good job. We are very pleased.

Excellent service - Adam, the technician arrived on time & knew why he was there - to clean the couch because a cat had sprayed on it. Adam explained how he was going to clean it / what technique was going to be used & if that was OK with us. All he needed from us was a few towels so he wouldn't get the tile wet.He offered to also clean our other couch, for a small fee, to the same time.Once we gave Adam our OK he didn't start until our animals were in a safe place as the door had to be propped open. When done, Adam gave us clear instructions on how to let the couches dry. He was courteous, explained how he was going to clean the couches & how to dry them. He was quick & didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need or want.

I had called several carpet/tile/vent cleaners for estimates. Some companies wouldn't tell me how they priced unless they came to the house for a quote. Aladdin was very specific about how they priced. They gave me price ranges, depending on how big the house is and what condition it was in. I explained that I have a 4000 square foot house and was waiting for the floors to be cleaned before I started moving in. They were very accommodating and fit me in a few days later when they could do all services. The day of the cleaning, someone called to let me know they would be late (maybe 30 minutes or so). They ended up arriving about an hour after the scheduled time. They apologized and explained what happened, then walked around with me to count vents and to measure. When that was done, he said he would charge me $1250 (which was $500 less than what they normally charge). He gave me a deal because it was empty and it was such a big job. Then they got right to work. A team worked on cleaning the vents. Then some more workers came to clean the carpet and they finished with the tile. When I came back several hours later, they were finishing up.

The furniture came with the house we bought. The living room furniture was yellowed and showed water marks. The dining room chairs had food stains on them. Tony felt the furniture had been cleaned incorrectly, either by the owners or another company, which caused the yellowing of the fabric. He cleaned the ottoman as a test to see if it could be revived. It couldn't. He also cleaned a dining room chair and got most of the stains out. I appreciate his candor regarding the probable results of cleaning other pieces. It's great to deal with a company that puts customer care first. We definitely recommend Aladdin.

It has been a while since I last used them owing to the weather. I thought their price was reasonable. Debra there does the scheduling for me. They have cleaned my old carpets and new carpets as well. I started using them after a friend of mine had used them. They are on time, professional, and nice people. I have recommended them to others. I would use them again in the future.

You can barely even tell where they patched the carpet. They used the carpet in the closet as it was more worn and less noticeable. They put the new carpet where they the carpet from in the closet. It was outstanding.

They did not do the job but were nice and did things the right way. The price was not the reason we didn't use them. They came over and looked at it and advised that we could do it ourselves then recommended a product. They were very honest about it. I will take a quote from them in the future.

They were straight forward about their costs and seemed professional. They clean the carpets twice a year and do a good job. I like their services and will use the same in future.

It was a very good price but I don't remember the exact price that I paid. They did a great job when they came out. I would call them back again to get things cleaned. I have little children and so, my couch gets dirty. The gentleman that came out was very friendly and talkative. I like talkative people because I am a talkative person myself and so, it was good. I did not have any complications with the company. The quality of their work was great. They came out the next day.

The customer service was excellent. They were in touch as the schedule changed and we made arrangements to have the carpets cleaned earlier than scheduled which worked out better for me. The only thing negative was that I had to ask that the technician go over a number of traffic areas that were not cleaned enough. He was happy to do so though. If those areas had been cleaned to the same extent as the rest without my asking I would have given an excellent rating.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the carpet cleaning. In fact they're coming out again next week. They let me know exactly when they'd be here and called half an hour before they got here. They were concerned about being prompt and courteous. Given the time that was invested in both projects, the tech was a little rushed in my estimation at the end and consequently didn't do a very good job with the clean-up before he left. Otherwise everything went well.

Tony from Aladdin came to my home to provide an estimate to clean all carpet and tile/grout in my home (just under 2800 SF). With the Angie's List discount, he quoted me about $460 for the entire job. I thought this was an amazingly fair price, considering my carpet and grout were absolutely filthy! We scheduled the cleaning for about a week later. Tony arrived when he said he would (even calling me ahead of time) and he worked so hard over 5+ hours to complete the job. I have to say, it looks amazing! I have a few stains that are so embedded into the berber, but even those look night and day better. The tile and grout in my kitchen and great room look brand new now. I could not be more pleased.

Everything went well and as planned.

I liked that they weren't disruptive, all the machinery stayed in the truck so there wasn't a lot of noise and they were prompt and courteous.

They arrived on time and cleaned very well. The carpet cleaner was professional. I had nothing to complain about.

They were prompt once and had to call to inform me they were running late due to extra work at the previous client's home. The scheduler was polite and informative. The technician was friendly, prompt, focused on the work, and gave thorough explanations.

Aladdin Carpet Cleaners did an amazing job in laying carpet throughout my whole house, 2000 square feet. The work was completed in a timely fashion. They answered all my questions and I appreciated that a lot. The whole house looks great.

It was a horrible experience. It cost me time, aggravation, frustration, and one day's pay due to the wait and delays by Aladdin, and having to arrange for another carpet cleaning company to come the same day. Same day service was needed because family visitors were scheduled to arrive the next day, and all the furniture from four bedrooms had been moved into the living room and dining room to allow complete carpet cleaning.

I PERSONALLY THOUGHT THE MEN WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WITH NO HASSLES, AND THEIR PRICE WAS ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE.

THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT. THE WORKERS DO A GOOD JOB AT GETTING THE JOB DONE ON TIME. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER CARPET COMPANY TO CLEAN MY CARPETS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY CONCERNED WITH WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. THEY WERE VERY OBSERVANT AND LOOKED FOR ALL THE STAINS. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH GETTING THEM OUT OF THE CARPET.
