Chris arrived on time and gave my carpets the best cleaning they have ever had! I am delighted with his work effort and good advice!

They were very thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and sectional couch. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I have used Chris many times and have always been impressed with all his work. I bought a house 2 years ago and had him do my carpets apholstry, air ducts, tile and driveway. He even did the interior of my van and made it look brand new. I highly recommend him for all your cleaning needs and he is very reasonable priced. I won't use anyone else. If he is busy I'll wait, it's worth the wait. He won't try to upsell you he just gives what you need or want done but will recommend something if he seen an issue. He is honest and hard working. I don't have to worry about any issues with him or his cleaning! You need to call this company!!!

They do excellent job of cleaning. They are very mindful of moving and taking care of your furniture as they clean. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful afterwards. They do a really beautiful and thorough job.

Generally, pretty good job. However, the gentleman kind of over-sold himself by stating that he could get our carpets looking almost like new. We ended up being a little disappointed because the end result was not quite as good as he led us to expect. We actually had better results from another cleaner a year earlier. However, we were still generally satisfied. For the price and the fact that our carpets are quite old and get a ton of traffic (kids, dogs, dirty shoes, etc..), it was still a good value. Very punctual and great customer service.

They are on Angie's List. They were excellent. I will be using them again. They were courteous, on time, and they did a great job. They salvaged a carpet I thought I was going to have to replace. It was a very good price for what they did. I'll have them do a kind of a passage way right now. I'm going to have them come back and do the complete cleaning later. I didn't have time right then but they did an actually beautiful job.

They made an effort to get bad stains out of the carpets. I found that they were reliable.

The work requested went great. The difference of before and after was quite obvious. The technician was courteous, knowledgable and thourough. I won't hestitate to call them again.

I am very pleased to have called Alladin for my carpets and tile cleaning. The job was done very well and everything looks new, including old tile in the entryway that is decades old. I felt Tony and Dust(ironically his helper's name)went the extra mile to get it done right. There is nothing I can complain about! Nothing! I balked at the price, there are so many coupons for places out there cheaper, but decided after the testimonials on Angies List that I would hire them. I am not disappointed at all that I used this company like I have been in the past with other companies. The amount spent was worthwhile and I will call them again next time.

Adam arrived a little earlier than the estimated time, after calling first to let us know he was on his way. He looked at the carpets to be cleaned, then gave us an estimate of $85. After he'd worked for a while, he let us know that it would be $95 because the carpets were dirtier than he'd anticipated, which seemed reasonable. There weren't any stains on the carpets, but they hadn't been cleaned in many years. We were thrilled with the results -- the carpets are cleaner than we ever expected and you can see the original color again.

Carpets are 20 years old. Tony did an exceptional job. He arrived on time; gave me an estimate of cost and time to clean my carpet. He quickly went to work and finished before estimated time. We thought cost to clean was fair. We would absolutely use Aladdin to clean carpets again.

Service person (Tony) called before arrival and was right on time. Our home office carpet was really in bad shape. He really did a great job and the result exceeded our expectations. He gave us some advice concerning a chair mat we were using, and told us the best way to allow the carpet to dry before putting the rooms back into service. In the past we have rented a machine and done it ourselves with pretty bad results. We won't do that again. Excellent value and service from Aladdin.

Rental property carpet cleaned - the whole unit. I wasn't certain I was going to be able to keep the carpet one more year. It was pretty gross!

They are very reasonable and we like their service. They are reliable. In emergency they will come right away and they will give estimates.They are considerate that our carpets may not be as clean. We've used them about 15 years.

Setting up the appointment took multiple calls back and forth. Apparently, the scheduler was new to the company and was still learning the ropes, so I gave them a lot of latitude. Now, this is from my memory, which ain't too hot. Alladin picked up the rug and we set a day for them to bring it back and to clean the sofa and recliner. The rug had to be cleaned several times because, according to the people at Alladin, they said that some wool rugs shed during the cleaning. So this put off the rug delivery and upholstery cleaning several times. My husband and I weren't in too much hurry, I'm from South Florida and my hubby is also fine with mañana time. We finally got the rug delivered and the workman who was to clean the sofa and chair said that we hadn't set up enough room for them to do the work. He wanted to come back another time. But I was tired of the telephone tag/waiting/ late/changing appointment times. The recliner was easy, we just spread towels over the area that might have been accidentally sprayed. The sofa was another matter, however. The gentleman who came said that we had not cleared a large enough area so he could clean the sofa well. He wanted to come back after the furniture was moved further out of the way, but as this transaction had already been dragging on for about month, I said that I could move the furniture (teak on tile floors). So, keeping in mind that I am a 52 year old disabled woman, with severe arthritis (I use a cane), I singlehandledly pushed the furniture around the room and down the hallway. Some of the time, I was on the floor, on my back, pushing the furniture with my legs, other times, I was on my hands and knees, pushing the furniture with my head. Or rocking heavy furniture around a la the statues on Easter Island. With all the other contortions I made to move the furniture back and forth from the living room to hallway, all I received was a couple of half-hearted offers of assistance. For a normal person, it would have been quite easy to slide the furniture. Maybe he couldn't help for liability reasons. Or maybe he thought it was funny watching me. I was pretty much immobilized with pain for days afterwards. Bu,t the quality of the work was wonderful. If I ever to decide to have any work done with Alladin, I would make sure I have my husband there to help with any possible furniture moving. But maybe not, after I gave them this review. I might be fearful of retaliation.

Very good experience. I received phone calls to let me know when the air duct and carpet cleaning technicians would arrive and when they were on their way. The air ducts and dryer vent were done first for obvious reasons. The two technicians who did them were courteous and even demonstrated the cleaning process and tools they used. I paid exactly what I was quoted. The carpet cleaning cost was actually less than the quote I received on the phone. When I called for the quote, I was not sure of the square footage in the living room so the phone quote was based on a larger than normal size room. When the cleaning technician arrived and did the walk through, he provided a quote that was less because the living room was considered normal size. I will definitely call Aladdin for future cleaning needs.

I called 2 companies for an estimate for carpet cleaning and repair and tile cleaning and sealing. Aladdin gave me a better estimated price and this was the price charged when the work was completed. They showed up on time and did a professional job. The carpet and tile look great!

They did a fantastic job. My carpets now look brand new. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
