Description of Work: We hired them to clean and inspect our fireplace, which had not been done for years. They quoted a price of $100 on the phone. Although our fireplace was extremely dirty and took considerable time to clean, they honored the quoted price. The technician, Austin, recommended that we purchase a chimney cap/spark arrester, which he installed. Very pleased with this family company (father and son); will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Chris was prompt and friendly. He let me know what was to be done, brought in a tarp to keep the carpet and surrounding areas clean, then got to work. The cost to inspect and sweep the chimney was $100. When I said I'd see him next year, he said he didn't really think that would be necessary - probably 3 years would be fine. I appreciated his work ethic and his honestly very much.

 + -1 moreThe technician found the flue to be free of build up not requiring a cleaning. He inspected the internal and external construction. He replace a chimney cap/fire guard and removed a dead bird from the upper chimney. He then came in and inspected the flue mechanism and gave me pointers for efficient use of the Kiva style fireplace. I found him to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I wanted him to inspect my fireplace for buildup and clean if required and to inspect the fireplace in general.
