Description of Work: I used an Angie's coupon for a garage tuneup and a remote keypad. Service was very professional and the installer had good ideas on where to put the keypad. It was a really good deal for the price. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We got the $99 tune-up w/keypad. We'd been having trouble with our opener & were trying to make the motor last. He gave it a good try, even returning an hour or two later with other problems. He then offered to put all we had already spent toward a new opener. He had to change the keypad out again to work with new motor, and deal with a few other issues, but it works so wonderfully! We are so enjoying the new found convenience!

Description of Work: Automatic garage door had been squealing when opening or closing. Provider replaced the old metal rollers with nylon rollers, and lubricated everything. Problem solved.

Description of Work: He cleaned, lubricated and straightened all rails and moving parts. He replaced old steel track wheels with MUCH quieter nylon wheels. I like to understand basic maintenance, and he was very good about explaining everything to me.

Description of Work: My B rating is due primarily to the lack of initial communication between us and the technician. Once on site, he immediately started "banging" on the garage door rail with a hammer. If he had mentioned that he was going to "reshape the rail" in order to accommodate the roller replacement, and then return the rail to its proper place, we would have been prepared. Otherwise we were happy with the product installed, the technician's knowledge and his execution.

They were prompt, replaced the rollers in our garage door, checked everything out, told us things to watch for in the future. Delightful young man, very helpful. He was in and out in record time.
