It went fine. I was a little surprised by the price and difficulty of the repair, but I think the service was fair and professional.

Overall, the service was great.

Jose was prompt, polite, and professional. He went to work and finished all tasks sooner than expected. He was able to remove the old molding/ sealing around the garage doors with minimal amount of damage to the stucco, only one small section of stucco broke along the edge of the old molding. But I had planned to have this done now, since I am having the house repainted next. After asking him about the garage door openers, he gave his suggestions.

Garage sensors were not working and they system was noisy... so noisy that we could not open or close the garage door when my granddaughter was taking a nap. When I called the person answering my call, he was very friendly and responsive... even on a Saturday! He made me feel like a customer he wanted to serve. A representative from the company was at my home in about an hour. Within a minute after their representative was in our garage he fixed the sensor problem. Soon after that he showed what was causing the noise... the single spring that was original to the house caused the noise. He mentioned how two springs keeps the mechanism in balance and is the way to go. I agreed. He replaced the two springs, lubricated the system, and it is now so quiet..... They were great!

I was having trouble with my garage door going up and down by itself. I was impressed that the tech would come in the evening from Tucson to fix it. He called and was very nice on the phone. I then discovered the little light at the bottom that was not lined up. I straightened it and the door worked properly. I then called Josh and he knew what it was when I told him what I did. Yes, they were very professional and I cettainly would use them the next time I need my garage door fixed.

Service man arrived on time, performed all the work specified in the service I bought. He was neat thorough and very courteous. He appraised me of my garage door opener and it's current state. While old it was performing well and he said I should be able to get a few more years of opening and closing from it. He left some brochures on new openers but in no way did he attemp a hard sell for new equipment at that time. I got exactly what I paid for and am very pleased with the work.

He cheerfully looked at the problematic single door at no extra charge, admittedly it turned out to be a quick and easy fix for him! After it all was said and done, what a big difference. Now the entire system is a lot smoother & quieter. I'm very pleased.

They came out quickly and right on time. Friendly. Our garage door was ALWAYS broken. Other companies did a repair and a week later it was broken. This company fixed it and more importantly, explained why it kept breaking. The price was very fair for all the work they did and all the parts they used. The door is super heavy and now lifts so easily! It used to make scary sounds and not close all the way. The guy who came out was very thorough. We feel like it was an extremely fair deal!

We knew we needed a new garage door mechanism. He installed a new one as well as the keypad, which we love. The only thing he was unable to do was program the remote button in my car to the new mechanism. We are still trying to work that out and wish he could have done that for us. Very happy with the new keypad and the door mechanism...very quiet!

we had a very noisy door. it would not pull up completely if it was cold out without manual help. that's a bore. he came ,saw the problem and fixed the door.

The people I called to schedule the service with were professional and courteous and treated me as a valued customer. The technician, Jacob, arrived as scheduled, introduced himself and shook my hand. Asked me a few basic questions and described the work he planned to do. After checking and lubricationg the mechanical assembly he installed the key pad and requested I come out to go over the work and enter my chosen code. We was prompt, quick, professional and completed the work requested. He shared the instructions for the key pad should I choose to change the code and advised me what I need to be aware of if I have a break down. He was polite and courteous and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family as well as call on this company for annual maintenance.

I called A Authentic the morning of Jan 7 because my garage door would close, but about 12 inches from the ground would automatically open again, and they were able to schedule someone to come out that evening. When Jose came, around 8:30pm (It's nice that they work late), he immediately saw the problem just by looking at the chain. He said that the gears were bad and pulled out little metal pieces of broken gear. He said he did not have an opener, but was making a trip to Phx to pick some up in the morning. He stated he would be back the next day as soon as he got back in to town. Jose came on the 8th replaced the opener quickly. The garage door opener works like a dream and is belt driven and much quieter. Jose did a great job even though he had to make an very early morning run to Phoenix and back.

Jose was amazing. He was so on top of it. It was like he was the owner of the company and not an employee. Jose called me to let me know what was going on when they had to search for a very dated part. He wanted to make sure we were happy with his work and the company.

They came out about 2 hours after I called them. The tech was polite and professional. He replaced the spring and I saved some money using the Angies List coupon.
