I have nothing to say but good things, we have used A authentic in the past and this company and the people there have been on time and have a knowledge of what they are doing and they get it done in a timely manner We are knew to Angies list so that is why I mentioned we have used them in the past

It was great. He arrived on time, did the work and acted in a truly professional manner.

They were great. I had purchased a big deal and I got a call from them and they said that they were having a slow time and if I was interested, they could come over. He showed me, that the steel chord that was running it, was fading in a couple of areas and I should replace it, which I did. I think that he was honest and he said that my door needs a little more reconditioning, but it would last longer if I didn't want to do it right away and he was just good.

I liked them. They were prompt, they were able to see us that very morning and they showed up right on time.

It turned out fine. I would recommend them to others. They are working good. The were in and out, and on time, the way it was supposed to be.

Punctual and let me know he would be late. Informed me that my heavy 2 car garage door was going to need new springs at a cost of over $300. However, that was not the Angie's special, so I had only the rollers replaced. Estimate given to me for possible future work. Tech went out of his way to trouble shoot my opener and eventually he tried a new opener that worked and I purchased it. Unexpectedly he also programmed the new opener for my second door that I was absolutely delighted with! I will use them again.

The service seemed fine. We were happy and had no problems with the service. They were business like and prompt.

office was pro active and courteous. apparently they forgot to tell the field tech however, that he was also installing a garage door opener and he apparently threw a fit about it, but then settled down and did a fine job. my tenant was there at the house and relayed this to me.

Work done as advertise , and they recommended a mechanical upgrade at what I considered to be an overprice rate .

He replaced the rollers and oiled the chain and track. He also replaced the bulbs in the opener. We discussed the age of the door that at some time it will need to be replaced.

It was great. He got it done really fast. It works well. It was worth the money.

The garage door now opens more smoothly and quietly. The technician also provided information and estimates on replacing the old garage door opener and the garage door WITHOUT a hard sell. I will definitely be going back to them as I can afford to replace the door and garage opener.

My experience with them was fine. It was easy to get an appointment with them. I called and somebody answered right away. They came out right on time and he explained everything that he was going to do. It was a very positive experience. They were very professional and they explained everything and that was nice.

As I stated above the technician was friendly, fast, efficient and thorough. He did things I didn't think of like looking at the electric opener to make sure there was no damage and resealing the slat to prevent an entrance for rain water to enter and rot the wood.

Arrived on time, seemed to be very thorough, checked everything, and explained as he went (I tend to watch closely, this didn't bother him at all).

Just got a buyer for my house. The inspection was only three days away when the main spring on the garage door broke, and it was a Saturday. The person who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. When I asked if it would be cheaper if I waited until Monday, I was told the price is always the same 24/7. She then said she could have someone out by 4:00. He arrived early and competed the work in less than an hour. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained to me what needed to be done and why. All in all a pleasure to do business with A-Authentic.

My car was stuck in the garage on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily, my wife's car was outside. When I called a very nice young lady was going to send someone out right away. Since we had dinner plans, I opted to have someone come out the next day. The technician was professional, courteous, efficient and quick. He arrived when he said he would and when he had to go purchase some supplies he did not normally carry ( for the bumper, since our doors are of an old style) he came back when he said he would. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door services.

Everything went well, except for one minor item. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful; I asked about replacing the bottom gasket on the door and she told me that the trucks all carry gaskets, which are sold by the linear foot. The service guy came out and was experienced and efficient. The "reconditioning" consisted of checking and adjusting the operation of the door and lubricating the hinges - I'd call that routine maintenance. The door was in pretty good shape, so perhaps a door in poor condition would receive more service. He also installed the remote, which works well. I asked about the door gasket...it turned out that we have a different (older) style of gasket, which the truck did not carry. The service man said he'd look into finding the correct gasket and would call me with a quote, which never happened. I haven't called to follow up, so I don't know who dropped the ball. Overall, though, I was very satisfied with the service.

Josh the service person reviewed with me what needed to be replaced. Gave me a price for the replacement. During the service call Josh showed me where there was some initial damage due to bearing starting to wear. He did no pressure me to replace them but since the parts were nine years old we decided to replace the bearings and rollers. Josh provided excellent service and was very informative as to the up keep of the door in the future. All parts and labor are covered by a five year warranty.

Very simple.....I called, they came when they said they would. It took about 45 minutes total and he gave me a break on a part because the work was more extesive than originally thought.

They came out timely, did the work and they left. They were professional and very very efficient. We really appreciated them. Everybody was happy with them.

My experience with them was good. What impressed me is their knowledge on how the door works. They were very professional. They did recommend a bunch of stuff, including a new motor. One of the problems that I had was that the garage door was very noisy. Essentially, he put the rollers in them and the noise was a little better. But, the noise was coming mainly from the motor.
