Description of Work: 1st Choice Pools (Daniel and Manny) were super-courteous, in person and over the phone. Both are very customer-oriented, and they want you to LOVE their service. We hired them for continued pool care!

Description of Work: Daniel does a great job and he's very hard working. He is knowledgable and communicates what is going on with your pool. My pool was making me crazy and Daniel told me it was because the water in my pool wasn't holding chemicals - so he brought a pump over to my house on the weekend so I could empty it and put fresh water in it so it would hold chemical. It's been a week since it's been refilled and my chemical levels are good and the pool is crystal clear - My pool is now one less crazy thing in my life, I am glad I found 1st Choice Pool service

Description of Work: Two months of pool service. I was very impressed by Daniel's knowledge of pools. I have decided to use them for monthly pool service. On time, professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Empty and clean pool. They did a good job, once contacted. They are a bit hard to get ahold of, must leave message on phone, but eventually they call back. Once scheduled, they came on time, and finished the work.

I initially found them through a coupon on Angie's List and they were a much better price than anyone out there if paid in advance. Daniel tries pretty hard to answer all questions and coordinate repairs, etc.

Description of Work: I contracted with 1st Choice to clean my pool for two-years – so far they have done a fine job.

Description of Work: I bought this to have me spa serviced/repaired. There was just some air in the line which the tech was able to clear. The spa needed to be emptied and so I had him come back to do that for approx $50.00. When he came back I got the impression that he really didn't know much about spas. He emptied out but still left a little water and didn't wipe it down as I had expected. Didn't seem to be a very worthwhile purchase, maybe they do better with pools.

Description of Work: I thought the deal included some sort of basic cleaning service but he insisted that all he would do was provide an estimate. He quoted $100 to clean my pool, which seemed very high to me, so I expressed my displeasure and he encouraged me to seek a refund as he did no actual work.

Description of Work: After our one-year contract ran out, Daniel and I talked about switching us to chemical service only as I would like to start doing some of the maintenance myself. Daniel was kind enough to have Patrick clean our filters one more time at no charge. Patrick comes by faithfully every week and takes care of our chemicals and empties the prefilter baskets too. Patrick was also kind enough to show me how to clean the filters myself, as I told him that my husband and I wanted to start doing that ourselves. Daniel has earned my continues business because his employees are conscientious, and because he and his employees are respectful and responsive. Keep up the good works guys!
