Description of Work: THEY DID NOTHING BECAUSE THEY KEPT PROMISING ME TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME A ESTIMATE AND NEVER DID ALTHOUGH I CALLED THEM REPEATEDLY I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. I WENT WITH ECONOMY POOL SERVICE AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. IF THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE PEOPLE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WELL LETS JUST SAY I THINK YOUR LACKING SOMETHING.

Description of Work: They have done a good job of keeping my pool in good working order. When they started, they recovered the pool from an algea bloom in less than a week and have been good at keeping to running ever since. They educated me on the system before they began work and provide further education when further maintenance is needed outside normal pool maintenance and operation.

Description of Work: We hired 1st Choice after returning from a vacation and discovering our pool overpowered by algae. Daniel, the owner, took care of it and the pool was immaculate a few weeks later. They come once a week, have missed only two weeks in four years, and do a good job. Daniel can be hard to get ahold of, and his workman was pretty loud on his phone when he first started to come here. My wife, who is a late sleeper, straightened him out and it hasn't been a problem since. I was surprised to be charged $250 for changing the sand in our filter, especially since the workman disposed of the old sand by pitching it over our wall. But the price came down after I talked with Daniel (no price had been established beforehand).

Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List for 2 months of pool service. Daniel did the initial contact and got me set up on his weekly route. I've been extremely pleased with the service. Any time I've had to call, Daniel answered right away and took care of answering my questions. Great customer service!

After 5 months with 1st Choice we felt secure enough to leave our 50 ft pool in their care while we are away for an extended period. Over a 15 year period we have worked with a number of companies but 1st Choice is absolutely the best.

Have had their service for 5 months & they have been so excellent, professional, responsive and pleasant to deal with that we felt secure enough to leave it in their hands & go away for an extended time. Our neighbors who use our pool in our absence communicated that they keep it in sparkling condition. We've had the pool for 15 years & have been through a number of service companies. 1st Choice is the best we have ever had. They took over a horrible situation left by our prior company & had the pool in perfect condition in no time. I would highly recommend this company. They are excellent to do business with & we found them on Angie's List.
