I was curious why the low score on responsiveness? We use these for training so any more input you can give is appreciated. My records show that we resealed the unit on March of 2013. The work was done for free even though the member was outside of their 10 year warranty. Wolff Mechanical’s mission is to provide above and beyond customer satisfaction no matter the situation. Description of Work: Our AC was leaking under a wood floor . I called Wolff ( contractor Durin) for emergency service for our rental property. He assured me he would be there in an hour. I was on the phone with my tenant and during that time Durin tried to call my tenant but the line was busy. He took another job because the line was busy. He then informed me he would make the emergency call later in the evening. Hours later he called my tenant and said he wouldn't make it. Water was leaking under the floor. We had cancelled another contractor to use one on Angies list.

(deleted member name), I have researched this call on our side and I show my information is a little different from what you reported on the reviews. It was 107 degrees on July 9 Durwin was on call that night and we received your phone message at 7:38 PM through our answering service, Durwin returned your call and then called your tenant, there was no answer when he called your tenant, so he then tried to call you back and again no answer. He then moved on to his next call in the East Valley. He does call your tenant again at 8:30, he talks to the tenant and tells the tenant that he could be in Glendale in about an hour, your tenant refuses the call and says he has another company coming out the next day. Due to the high volume of calls on summer evenings we have to tell our technicians that if you call and no one answers do not drive to the home unless it is close by your current location. It would not be fair to another customer calling in and we cannot get to them because we spent 30 to 45 minutes driving to a location where no one was home. We have very limited daylight hours left at 8PM so we have a rule to make sure we can confirm the customer is home. There also seems to be a bit of discrepancy between what your tenant is reporting and what my tech is reporting. In any case I am sorry that you were not served when you called and I would be willing to offer you a free tune up anytime this fall on one of your homes in the valley as a gesture of goodwill, you can contact me at my office and I will mail out a certificate. Description of Work: THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, DID THE INSPECTION AT WHAT SEEMED A FAIR PRICE, RECOMMENDED WE REPLACE A VERY OLD FAN MOTOR, WHICH WE DID, DIDN'T MAKE A MESS, AND WERE POLITE.
