Showed up on time and did the work.

They do inside and outside, four times a year, quarterly. They call first to set up an appointment that you're due for a treatment. It costs $117 quarterly. They've been always very cordial. I'm lucky because I've talked to other people and they said they didn't like some things. The two people that have done mine, they come back. It's not like you have a different person all the time, which is nice. So they know what your problems are, they know the house, they know where they've set their little sticky traps and stuff. If you've set up something yourself, you hope to have the same person back so they know basically what's going on in your house.

They come quarterly. I pay annually. They are too expensive. They come once a quarter. I could get anyone to do that but I just trusted them because they are really known. The guy who sprays is super nice and trustworthy. The man who comes and sprays is very professional and courteous. He tells me what is going on in the yard.

Other than the billing, which you don’t send out until the service is rendered, for service, punctuality, reliability was good.

Our tech Mark is the best, he comes does what he needs to do and then talks to us and asks if we have any concerns. After that he will treat any concerns again just to ensure its taken care of or if he didn't hit the concerned area he will take care of it. If you see a bug he comes back with in a day or even an hour sometimes to spray again. Mark does a great job, we have no issues!

good. I did not want to rent a resperator to do the clean up myself.

The service has been fine. Everything was as expected. They showed up on time.

The prices haven't gone up that much in 40 years.They always call ahead to make appointment to check the house. We have never had a problem. I recommend them.

Truly Nolen is a little pricey, but they are dependable and professional. I’ll continue using their service.

This company does a great job in communicating appointments since we only see then every quarter. They sent a reminder via snail mail 1 week before the appointment and then called to confirm the day before. They arrived on time and performed their "Spring" pest control service very quickly. They were efficient yet friendly and made sure I approved anything they did. They asked about any issues and made sure all my questions were answered. After using a company that didn't show up for appointments, it is great to have a service that arrives on time and is quickly completed. Great Service!

They have done great job. They are very nice, polite, and professional. It is the same guy that comes so I have gotten to know him. We have been able to develop a relationship so he knows what to do and my concerns.

They come out quarterly. We have a contract with them. We contacted them because we had creatures in our attic and I didn't feel any other pest control company could handle it except them. They set up baits and traps and we haven't had the little creatures back and they also sealed up all the openings. That's how we got started with them and subsequent to that they come and check if we have any rodent problem and we haven't had any. They treat us for scorpions, spiders and that kind of stuff because we live in the desert. The only thing that I see are corpses and that is fine. We just pick them up and put them away. We have two dogs as well so it is important that the pest control substance that they use is safe for them. He is very sensitive and he knows my dogs as well. He is always on time. When they say they are going to be here they would be here. They send us little notices to remind us that they would be here and you just can't beat it. I am pleased with them.

They are awesome. I have had them for several years. They schedule and if they have to change anything they call in advice. They always come. The service actually works. You don't have the birds or pest that you asked them to take care of.

Everything they do is fine. They are prompt, courteous and I have no bugs.

The work has been okay since I haven?t seen any more ants. We only had a problem with their office and they rectified it. They sent us a bill when we had already made a payment. The technicians who come out are pretty professional and are punctual too. The price depends on the service. We would use their services in the future too since we have the yearly termite control done by them.

The initial tx was performed in two days according to plan and the technicians were thorough and cleaned-up after themselves. The inspector offered a return visit (the techs offered too) to treat a few areas not initially accessable but as renovations progressed have returned twice and soon a third time to treat in newly exposed areas of slab/stem wall with concern. I was told many times "if you remove flooring/cabinets/wall and you find a crack, we'll come back to treat just to be sure you have no questionable areas untreated". They have made me feel very comfortable about the vast termite problem being wiped-out.

From beginning to end, we have been very please with the service and personnel from this company. We had used a less expensive pest control company previously but they did not have the capability or desire to address our attic visitors. We are very pleased with Truly Nolen and plan to their customers for many years to come.

They provided a basic service where they came once a year to make sure there wasn?t any termite activity. They came on time and didn?t really try to sell us a bunch of stuff that we didn?t need.

We weren?t happy with their pest control service because their prices are too high. Also you have to take their service for three months and pay for each of those three months. We were happy with their free termite inspection and so we called them back. They are pretty good with their work and do a thorough checking.

Everything has been wonderful. They are very on top of everything. They call before they come and they make their scheduled appointments. If they are not able to come inside, they treat the outside. They are very easy to work with, and they come out quarterly. They do whatever is needed to treat the specific pests you have. We have used them for this long because they do such a great job.

My complaints are not with the technicians and termite specialist from this office. They have done an excellent job. My complaint is with the branch manager and the lousy job he is doing. We started a service for a tick problem two years ago. Last week, the ticks problem really erupted so I called to have the technician come by and spray. The branch manager came along and promptly informed me that I DID NOT have a tick service, just a pest control service. After two years, he had finally looked at the paperwork. After some discussion and since the current contract expires in October, he agreed to a treatment. Then he informed me that the way my yard was being treated was all wrong, that Truly Nolen could not and would not treat the bushes and trees, and advised me to use a landscaping service. I asked why I had not been advised of all this two years ago. He had no answer. I also learned that because of his reorganization, my annual termite inspection was missed last year.

I AM THRILLED WITH TRULY NOLEN. OUR TECHNICIAN'S NAME IS SEAN. HE COMES EVERY 3 MONTHS AND MORE OFTEN IF I NEED HIM AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. HE IS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I TRUST HIM TO TAKE CARE OF THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME.
