I am presently a quarterly pest control client of Truly Nolan for insects in and out of the house. Also have used their Termite service for many years. Once had to have them come in to remove a roof rat which only took one visit to remove. All service is done by pleasant, professional people.

Second quarter in row the technician failed to mention or report that we had a pack rat problem around one of our air conditioner units.

I will be cancelling my contract with TN. I was very specific that I did NOT want the technician to come between 12:30-1:30. When my own dr. appt. was over I called to let TN know I was on my way home. I found out the technician had already been there, AND had entered my garage when neither my husband nor I was home. That was an inappropriate invasion of privacy. Fortunately my husband came home while the TN person was still there. But, my husband did not know all the details about why I called TN. The TN person said we have roof rats because a critter ate some chocolate in a bag, in containers, in our garage on a metal shelf. We do not have roof rats! I have heard them on our roof many years ago and have heard nothing for years. This situation was confined to our garage where the door is sometimes left open. Probably a mouse. I had hoped, via my TN contract, the technician would lay a trap in the garage - NOT give us an estimate for an exorbitant fee. I am very disappointed in TN whom I've had for over 40 years in two states. I will be interviewing other pest control businesses. I will be cancelling with TN.

Excellent, efficient work performed by "Josh" (Josue) of Truly Nolen of Tempe. Josh arrived on time & was polite & very professional.
