Description of Work: I called to get an interview to see about getting rid of some bugs in my deck that were weakening the wood. An appointment was set for a Sat at a certain time. When the time came and went I called the Terminex number I had been using to contact the company. I was told the local office was closed and there was nothing the person who answered the phone could do to get a hold of that person. The message was apparently never passed on to the proper party. No one from Terminex ever contacted me except I am on some advertising mailing list I wish I could get myself off. Of course I will NOT BE USING TERMINEX after my experiences with them.
