Terminix - Tempe -Termite & Pest Control

I wonder how effective they are because we still have the ant problem. The price is reasonable. They are prompt and professional. The young man who comes seems to be very efficient when he does his job.

Their service was initially fine, but I don't know when they are suppose to come back and check the traps. They were courteous and professional.

They were pretty regular in terms of their visits and schedules. They accomplished what they came to do. Their quality of work was excellent. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

I think they are good. The reason I went with them was because of spiders. My wife is extremely allergic to spiders. She has got bitten about three or times. We don’t have that much of a problem anymore.

Actually they had bought picogreen or something but it turned out to be Terminix.

They took care of the problem and haven't had an issue since.

I really like my guy. They cover everything and they are really nice guys. They wander around the house and I don’t worry about them, but that’s nice. They do a really good job. I like that if you have any problems with them after they do come out, they will come out within days and re-spray your house. I don’t have anything to compare their price to.

I am happy with the service they provide. They are efficient and call before they come out. They have cleaned underneath the house so I don't have any problems there. I haven't had any problems with them. They are very responsive and come right when I call. They are on time for their appointments and the guy does a good job and even plays with my dog.

I don’t see many bugs around. They were pretty responsive to come out the next day when we called them.

They'll check the perimeter of your home. They'll check holes and cracks in the home, and the crawl space. If they see any rodents they will set traps. Very friendly people. I highly recommend.

My shower failed, and the demolition crew recommended them. They discovered something in the walls and the deeper they went into the wall the worse the problem was. They have been out a few times, and I have been very happy with their treatment.

They’ve always been very good, very prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. If they see a problem they let me know why they need to fix it. They are here when they say they are going to be here and they are very quick in their work. I would use them again in the future.

I like the report that they provide through email. They tell me if they see anything that needs to be corrected. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

I don't know if they are any different from anybody else. I've used them in the past when I lived elsewhere. I was satisfied with what they did there. They could probably do more service for the amount that I am being charged. If they come out here and have nothing to do, I still pay the full charge.

The price is less if you get an annual deal. I have ants’ problem. They haven’t been able to get rid of them complete. They show up some place else. I understand that it is hard to get rid of them. They came out and spray and leave little traps. But they are not gone. Their responsiveness is good.

I would tell other Angie’s List members to look at them because I think they are worth it.

I think they are great. They are very reliable and very professional. We had a problem with bugs in the pantry and they came in to look immediately. If you have any other another problems, they will come back and assist.

It is an ongoing service. They did for spiders, ants and mice. They sprayed and set traps outside. They also set traps in the crawl space and the garage. I have moved from that place, so I am not using them, but if I get a chance I will use them again.

They were pretty good. The guy that came out the first time was very personable and thorough. He told us some things we can do on our own to keep the rat away. They were on time.

We are very happy with them. They check everything to make sure that there haven't been any invasions. We like them very much. We haven't had any trouble at all. We had carpenter ants when we moved in. They completely took care of that. We have never seen another one. They are very good. Often, we are not at home when they do it; but they are always there on the right day. We use them every month.

They are very courteous and are good at problem solving, if I have a problem they come out that day or the next and are quick to fix it.

We have been satisfied with their services. We will continue to use them in the future.

They were pretty decent. I have a contract with them to come out every couple of months.

The annual contract is about $400. Overall I am pretty pleased with them. They are prompt and they come when they say. They do what they say. They check for unusual things. If we have any internal problem, we call them and they take care of it. I haven't done any comparative price shopping.
