Terminix - Tempe -Termite & Pest Control

They come out whenever we need them to, in addition to the regular quarterly maintenance spray. They have always been very professional and pleasant to work with. Since we have started using Terminix our bug population is almost non-exsistent.

Not only do they come out 4 years for me, they always come out if I need them if I spot something specific. They make sure that they always inspect everything; every nook and cranny. They always come out right away also.

with the begenning of the arm weather we began having an ant problem in our house. We hireed Terminex to spray. First they sprayed the outside of the house, however, that did not eliviate the problem. I called them and they came back (no additional charge) and did some point spraying inside along with placing clear little traps. THis helped considerably but did not completely eliminate the problem. I called and they came back a third time to treat the 2 rooms inside (kitchen and upstairs bath) where we were continuing to see ants. So far the problem appears to be resolved. Their availability and responsivness was excellent and I appreciated not getting any flack for having them return twice.

If at anytime we detect a problem they will come out and do a service at anytime at no extra cost.

I noticed a questionable looking board on the side of my home and wanted a termite inspection, so I called Terminix. I was stood up for the first scheduled appointment which was on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I called back to give them another chance and had an appointment with a different inspector scheduled for Saturday. I waited at the property all afternoon on Saturday--the appointment was supposed to be between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Somewhere around 2 p.m., I went to go put out some garbage and on the way back in, found a Terminix card on the doorstep. I had been there the entire day! I called the number on the card and the person did not respond, so I called the 800 number and was told they would try to call her as well. I waited the entire timeframe and nobody showed up, nor did the inspector call me back at any point even though I left a message on her voicemail. I cannot believe that a national chain would have such miserable service.

I like everything about them. They are very efficient, on time and I would use them again.

I recently scheduled for a Terminix tech to come to my residence to spray for ants. The tech was scheduled to show up between 5-7pm. At 7:35, I called the office. They explained that they had no idea where their tech was or what happened and upon my request advised that they would have a manager contact me, however stated that it could take up to 2 days. I contacted the office again in the morning to try to get rescheduled. The office stated that they showed our service had been completed. Upon speaking to a manager, he stated that the reason no body showed up was due to a computer problem. He was not sure why nobody had called to notify us, or why the computer was showing that my service had been completed and that there wasn't much he could do about it. I am very dissapointed in the customer service that we have received throughout this process, not only from the non showing technician, but from the office and branch manager as well. I was really looking forward to having a pest service contract for all of our homes and our business, and instead was left feeling treated as irrelevant.

We love their quick response. We thought we had a critter in our attic and they were quick to respond and follwed up to make sure the issue was resolved.

They do a good job. They are very respectful. Whatever I ask for they do, they even checked the crawl space for mice.

I’ve been using them for about 9 years and I’ve been satisfied with their service.

Things are going average with Terminix. I will continue to use them, but I am currently looking at other providers.

They are punctual and professional. We will be using them again in the future.

I like their consistency; they are very professional in terms of coming in, getting things done, and leaving things in good shape. I think their price is probably on the high side. However, we pay a bit more for them because we know they are going to be steady and professional. We know what we’re getting. They do a good job.

It works. We do not have anymore termites. If we do have a problem they will come back out. They have treated us well.

We've used them both at our house and my mother-in-law's house. It was a point of contact type thing rather than a contract service. They are a very very caring group of people. My Mother-In-Law was quite elderly and they would come by her place and kind of keep an eye out for her and make sure she was alright in other areas as well. We had some hornets that had gotten into the attic and they came out and got them cleaned out and done very quickly and neatly. With something like this you just want someone to show up, do their job, and leave without creating any additional problems. Our expectations were very basic and we got exactly what we asked for. Their price was very fair and we were pleased with that as well.

They come every quarter. The technicians are fantastic and they come without me calling so I don't have to worry about it.

The problem with Terminix lies in upper management. I was in a constant battle with them and could never talk to a person directly in Bothel. When I did speak with them, they were often rude and when I would question them about certain things they would not even acknowledge it. The one good thing about the company is the people they send to do the work. They were always very nice and worked very hard to help me. The problem is how inconsistent they were with the people they sent. I would like one person and then never see him again. Someone new would show up and I would have to explain everything to them again. Eventually, I decided to end my service with them and they did not follow up what so ever. I thought it was interesting how they didn't even check to see why I didn't want to use their service. There was no follow up letter or phone call or anything. Again, the problem lies with upper management.

Called to inquire about pest control. The woman on the phone seemed to know nothing about price or extermination methods and was only interested in making an inspection appoinetment. When I persisted in asking questions, she hung up on me. It seems to me that the focus was on getting the salesman (AKA inspector) into my house -- presumably so they could make the hard sell.

We do like their service and we do like them as well. We just recently moved to Washington. They’ve always been great for us, keeping the pests under control. Whenever we’ve had issues, they’ve been really good about coming out and taking care of things right away. We will use them again in the future.

I had a rodent infestation and they set some traps in my home. They came once a month to replace the traps and got everything under control. They also did a fumigation for fleas.

I searched Angie's List for an insect/pest control company and came upon Terminix. I had heard of them, seen ads and the other reviews seemed good so I sent them a request for a "free inspection.' Their appointment service desk got back to me immediately and we scheduled an appointment for Monday during a 2-hour block between 5 & 7. I arrived at my home @ 5 and waited for the almost next 2-1/2 hours for Terminix's technician to arrive. At about 20 minutes after 7 I called the 800 number and was told by a service representative that obivously since it's so far after 7 that the technician was not going to show up for the appointment. I told him I was disappointed that I had waited 2-1/2 hours, with not a phone call, for a no-show! (He had my number, he looked me up in their system by my telephone number!) He did apologize for the no show and asked if I'd like a manager call me...he confirmed my number, let me just say -- I'm still waiting after four days! Needless to say, I won't be calling Terminix, nor will I be recommending Terminix in the future. In today's economy service is of the utmost importance, maybe they don't need the business.

They are very. They are friendly and through and professional.

I had just called somebody and they came. They were okay. I actually had a problem with ants and that was my main problem, but I don’t have a problem with ants anymore. I spend between $70 and $80 a month. I’m never home when they come and so I don’t see them. When I talk to them on the phone, they’ve been very professional. I will use them again in the future.

They are awesome. They will come back for an additional spray if needed. The manager is really nice.
