Description of Work: Terminix quarterly service varies from visit to visit. In December the visit consisted of checking and re-baiting four outside rat-traps and spraying around the foundation to exclude insects. The visit lasted about 15 minutes. We've experienced no problems in our home with either insects or rodents since starting this service 2+ years ago (except occasional spiders in late summer/early fall). | |This summer we got an estimate for attic cleanup and re-insulation (years ago we had a rat problem) but the estimate was too high. We chose to have the work done by Clean Crawls at almost half the cost.

Description of Work: Our contract is for 4 treatments a year. We find them very professional and if we have a problem between visits they will come out and solve the problem. We highly recommend Terminix.

Description of Work: They come on a regular basis. The best technician is Paul Lopriore. He's always on time, he's thorough, and he takes care of his customers. I would ask specifically for him

Description of Work: They sprayed for spiders and other misc. bugs. Went around the house and removed all spider webs and any bees nests.

Description of Work: We have used Terminex for many years. We have always had prompt, good, professional service. My only question is the cost. It seems expensive but I have never compared their cost with a like service so I don't really know if it is expensive, it is probably comparable.

Description of Work: We have used Terminix for many years. Over the past few years we have had a new technician come to the house and have found him very reliable. we are always contacted a day or two prior to him coming and he is always on time. I would recommend Terminix to others.

Description of Work: Treated for carpenter ants on the perimeter of our home and in some special vulnerable spots. They also check and reset rodent traps.

Description of Work: I have used Terminix service for several years now. I have set up a yearly plan. Their outstanding technician Paul Lapriory comes buy four times a year to spray for bugs and refill the rat bate boxes. Paul is a very courteous and professional technician. One time when I saw a dead rat next to one of the bait boxes, Paul came by to remove it, after I made a call to him. | |My original rat problem of several years ago, for which I started with Terminix has been resolved. Rats are no longer showing up in the attic and the garage, but are confined to the outside. It appears the as rats get into the bait boxes their carcasses are normally removed and consumed by crows. | |Bellevue does have a rat population as is evidenced by the empty and/or partially empty bait boxes whenever its time for Paul to show up. |

Description of Work: Terminix is on a yearly renewed contract with me to keep my home free of pestilence. They show up on a quarterly basis, but will come anytime I have a problem, at no extra charge. I am very happy with their service, and I have recommended them to others.

Description of Work: We have been using Terminix for about 8 years. Since our property borders a state forest, we often have ant invasions. But, terminix treatment has greatly curtailed ant activity. My biggest complaint is punctuality. Too often than not, they arrive before their 2-hour window, which can lead to our absence during treatment.

Description of Work: I have a yearly account with them and they come out monthly to spray the outside of my home. If there is a problem they will come inside.
