Description of Work: I had set up an appointment for a termite inspection. The day before they were supposed to come out, the tech called and asked me a couple of questions and diagnosed my house over the phone! He told me they didn't fix damage done by moisture termites and if I had them, the infestation would have to be cut out. He then asked me if I still wanted an inspection. Since this guy clearly didn't want to work, I definitely didn't want him coming to my house! I don't even know if I have termites. I've just seen them flying around. This is termite swarm season after all. Not going with this company for obvious reasons.

Description of Work: I thought i had ants or termites they came out for a free inspection. Informed me that it wasnt termite . I had put down a store bought but killer. And they wasnt any bugs there when they came so they gave there card to call them if i have any other problems . They were prompt courtious didnt try to get me to purchase anything. They were very knowledgeable and i will definitely use them when needed .

Description of Work: Terminix comes to my home once a month to spray for spiders, ants, and other pests. They spray the outside perimeter of my home and, if I choose, certain areas inside. I have been using them for years, since not too long after we moved in to our home in 1985. Yes, I would recommend Terminix to others

Description of Work: We have a contract with Terminix since we have occasional ant problems in our home. They come out quarterly to do preventive maintenance and spray around the foundation and doors, but they will also come out on fairly short notice if there are other pest issues (yellow jacket nests, etc.).

Description of Work: The Terminex I used was in WA state, so I cannot grade this one. But the one here didn't do a very good job and when I called to have them come back out , I was told they no longer worked there.

+ -1 moreTERMINIX COMES TO SPRAY EVERY 3 MONTHS WITHOUT BEING REMINDED. THE ADVANTAGE TO THIS IS I DON'T HAVE TO REMEMBER TO CALL THEM. THE DISADVANTAGE IS I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHEN THEY ARE COMING. IF I HAD A WARNING, I'D BRING IN MY PETS AND THEIR FOOD DISHES. THE WORKERS ARE PLEASANT ENOUGH, BUT THE SERVICE SEEMS A BIT PRICEY.
