Terminix - Tempe -Termite & Pest Control

I have contract with them and they always stick to the terms and I never have had a complaint with them. They are always here when it is time for service and they always make sure they follow up with the service that they provide.

I was very disappointed with this company because they didn't give me what I wanted. I thought I had purchased one type of service but actually got something else. I canceled the contract obviously because I felt I was tricked.

They always call us a couple of days before they are going to come around so I can unlock the gates in the back. They do my termite inspection every year. I am very happy with them, they are very responsible, and if anything comes up I know they would come out quickly.

We have a basement and they our unusual in our area. This confused them a little, so they had to hire someone else to assist them with the work. They did this at no charge and were nice about everything.

The yearly contract we have with this company makes the pest control issues we face a thing of the past. They come every couple months or so, more often if necessary and take care of their job efficiently. I recommend their services and would refer them to friends.

I am pleased with them. They are a great company to have and I would recommend them to anyone. They are thorough and do the job. They have a great service and they are professional as well. They are professional and on time as well.

I am happy with their service because thanks to them I have no pests or termites in my house, and also because I have never had any problems with them. How much I pay for the service is between the company and me.

We always get the same tech which we appreciate. He is personable, trustworthy and friendly. We never have had any complaints with Terminex, they are the standard in Pest Control.

Terminix bought out our former pest control provider and ever since, we have had a multitude of spiders, crickets, ants and other insects in and around our home. We specifically asked the exterminator (a different person each time they came out) to make sure and spray around our gardening supplies, flower beds and pool pump where we noticed many spiders. He supposedly did so, but it did not help. This went on for several months until one day, I turned over a bag of dirt in the same area they were supposed to have been spraying. I found a black widow with 6 eggs and either a hobo spider or a brown recluse with an egg. That was the last straw. We canceled our service and contacted a new company. Terminix provides horrible service and I would never use them or recommend them to even my worst enemy.

WE'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HAVING THE STATIONS SERVICED PROPERLY BY TERMINIX. THERE SEEMS TO BE A HIGH TURNOVER OF PERSONNEL, AND EVERY MONTH THERE SEEMS TO BE A NEW PERSON. IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE NOT AS THOROUGH AND CAREFUL AS THEY COULD BE IN CHECKING AND MAINTAINING THE STATIONS. DEPENDING ON THE PERSONNEL, THE QUALITY OF THE MAINTENANCE VARIES. THE CURRENT PERSON SEEMS TO BE DOING A GOOD JOB. WE'RE KIND OF STUCK WITH TERMINIX BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY AND BECAUSE THEY INITIALLY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE SYSTEM, BECAUSE IT HAS TO BE MAINTAINED PROPERLY FOR IT TO WORK AND IT IS VERY VARIABLE.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. WE PAID FOR A QUARTERLY SERVICE. HOWEVER, WHEN I SAW SPIDERS & MORE BUGS A MONTH AFTER THEIR INITIAL SERVICE, THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO SPRAY AGAIN. THEY ARE PROMPT & COURTEOUS. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY.

EACH EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS, TIMELY AND STRIVE TO DO HIS VERY BEST TO KEEP THE PROPERTY BUG FREE. WE CAN SURELY SAY, ACCORDING TO OTHER IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, THAT THIS COMPANY DOES A GOOD JOB.

THE TECHNICIANS HAVE BEEN PLEASANT, COURTEOUS, & PUNCTUAL. WE RECEIVE A PHONE CALL BEFORE EACH MONTH'S VISIT. WE HAVE RENEWED OUR SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THIS BUSINESS FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS.

THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY THOROUGH. THEY WILL COME OUT ANYTIME I CALL WITH AN UNEXPECTED ANT PROBLEM OR SOMETHING. AND, IF I FORGET TO LEAVE MY GATE UNLOCKED FOR THEM, WHEN I KNOW I WON'T BE HOME, THEY WILL COME BACK WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE.

TERMINIX HAS BEEN RESPONSIVE TO A FEW PROBLEMS WE HAVE HAD WITH TERMITES. BAIT SYSTEM HAS FAILED TO CATCH ANY TERMITES EVER, BUT TERMINIX HAS USED SPOT CONTROL BAITS/POISON TO CONTROL SLIGHT TERMITE PROBLEM I'VE HAD. GENERALLY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE.

THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY WORK QUICKLY AND COMMUNICATE WELL. ALWAYS TRY AND COME OUT AS SOON AS THEY CAN.

OVERALL, I AM SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY SPRAY EXTERIOR OF HOME FOR SPIDERS AND EVERYDAY BUGS. HOWEVER; THEY HAVE YET TO ERADICATE MY SCORPION PROBLEM. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE COMPANY DOES A FAIRLY GOOD JOB AND IS PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. THE ONLY DIFFICULTY WAS INITIALLY GETTING THEM ON A SCHEDULE WHEN I OR ANOTHER HOUSEHOLD MEMBER WAS HOME. IF WE WERE NOT, THEY WOULD JUST SPRAY THE OUTSIDE AND THEN LEAVE, CHARGING THE SAME PRICE. SINCE WE HAVE GOTTEN THEM ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE THOUGH, THINGS HAVE BEEN GREAT.

WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK IN THE PAST. WE HAVE HIRED THEM TO WORK ON BOTH OF OUR APARTMENT COMPLEXES, AND WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEIR COMMUNICATION IS GREAT, CALL BEFORE THEY COME. VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT WITH RETURN CALLS AND PROMPT TO VISIT WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. GET TO KNOW YOUR TECHNICIAN, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

CONTRACTED TERMINIX FOR MONTHLY PEST CONTROL FOR SUMMER MONTHS IN PARTICULAR. THEY PERFORM THOROUGH SPRAY OF EXTERIOR SHIELD, SPRAY AND BAIT ANY TROUBLE AREAS WE ASK FOR, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THE PRICE IS GREAT.

WHEN REQUESTING SERVICE, I WAS MADE TO FEEL LIKE I WAS TO FAR OUT OF HIS WAY SO I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT.

TERMINIX WAS MID RANGE OF FOUR BIDS RECEIVED. SAME SERVICE TECH HAS RESPONDED FOR TWO YEARS. SERVICE IS ALWAYS ON TIME ON DAY PROMISED. THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY PESTS ENTERING THE RESIDENCE.

THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS WONDERFUL, FAST, AND EFFECTIVE. I BEGAN SEEING BUGS AND CALLED FOR AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE BETWEEN VISITS, AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS, NOW THAT WAS FAST. THE SERVICEMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND COMMUNICATED ANY CONCERNS. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH INFORMATION I DIDN'T KNOW RELATED TO BUGS, ANTS, ROACHES, ETC. MY HOUSE IS NOW BUG FREE THANKS TO MY BUG MAN.
