They would call the day before to confirm when they were coming. The tech Ralph Lepik would call the same day to let you know when he was on his way. They were always on time and did through job.

They are wonderful. They stuck with us till we got rid of them because I am allergic to bed bugs. They found preventative things that I could buy because I travel a lot. I would not wish it on my worse enemy. They went above and beyong the call of duty. They froze our couch and did the bed covers.

I chose them because of the brand name. They were always on time. They always sent me an email, reminding me what time the guy would arrive.

The salesperson was very thorough and very good. He gave us an estimate and we decided to use them. They had an option for 90 days same as cash, which was helpful. I thought we were getting that but we ended up not because it wasn't written up properly. They were very thorough and very prompt coming. They came at their appointed time to take care of the job. We have the warranty and they told us what to look for and to call them right away if we see anything. We were very happy with them. We didn't opt for their regular pest control but it seemed very reasonable. Their price was good for the termite treatment. They gave us an extra discount because we have a home warranty.

They do a good job. I've got them on contract to come once every 3 months. I was out of town once and they called to say they were coming the next day but I never got the call because they called the home number. The technician have to come back out later.

They had good rates but half way through the contract they breached it. I canceled the service. I used them for about a year. They had a representative that said they were on their way out and 3 times they never showed. I waited the entire day. In six months they came out twice and they were suppose to come every month. I would not recommend Terminex.

Very long delay in providing service

It went well as usual. The technician was timely and charged a fair price. Terminix keeps track of our appointments as well which is convenient.

They are excellent. They charged me $86 for their services. They listen to me if I have to postpone it or if I want to add something to it, or if I notice something. They are right there. They honor their customer nicely. I don’t know what the others charge and so I wouldn’t know if their price was okay or not. I’ve been with them for many years because they are so good. So I never called another one. They return calls right away. Their professionalism is very nice too. I’ve been with them for many years and I’m not about to change. They’re very good. I will use their services again in the future.

They are really professional, but they are pretty expensive for what they do. We had signed up with them for a year. They did a good job. They come out quarterly and they will come out in between if you have any issues for free.

Terminix technician identified and pointed out about a half-dozen termite "tubes" on the exterior stemwall of our house. We found a couple more inside the garage after we knew what we were looking for (they didn't have access to the garage during their initial inspection). The price they offered for termite treatment was very competitive. The technicians were very professional and explained all their work. Plus the guarantee for future treatment is very good. Terminix has done our exterior pest control for several years as well and have done a good job. They always call ahead as a reminder and arrive as scheduled. Overall the service has been excellent.

We pay an annual fee and part of that is the guarantee that if they are any termites they stand behind taking care of everything and that's why we went with them. Other companies that we researched charged extra or didn't offer that. They are professional and very thorough. I don't have any termites and that's a big deal as I like in the middle of a desert. They are reasonable. I have renewed my contract with them.

When I called Terminex I got a main number even though I was trying to reach the one on Southern. The service people from Peoria came to give me an estimate almost immediately. They told me I could take 60 days to pay the total which was great except they started taking credit information and were waiting for a response which I canceled. I payed total and the work was done as soon as I could get it scheduled. The person who came to treat the house was excellent and very professional and was willing to move some things since my tenant didn't take care of it. They called to check on satisfaction with service and I haven't had a problem with termites.

They spray the place and bait pack rat traps. The only negative aspect of their service is that they forget to bait the pack rat traps. I have to call and remind them to make sure they do it. If the pack rat traps are not baited, the rats eat the wires of my air conditioners. This has happened in the past and I have had to spend a lot of money to get the air conditioners repaired. We have only the outside of the house done. They also have to kill scorpions around the house. They come when they say they will come.

They come on a quarterly basis. I am very happy with the quality of their work. I absolutely love the guy that comes over to do the work. I think that they are very friendly and professional, and I would use them again in the future.
