Description of Work: We use them in Arizona for termite control. We have an annual contract with them and everything has been fine. They do keep trying to raise the price every year but once you sign a contract for an annual renewal, they cannot raise the price.

Description of Work: PREPAID PEST CONTROL & TERMITE DETECTION/CONTROL FOR ONE YEAR. THEY SPRAY EXTERIOR ONCE A MONTH FOR PESTS. THEY INSPECTED, INSTALLED MONITORING STATIONS, PROVIDED NECESSARY TREATMENT AND WARRANTY AGAINST TERMITE DAMAGE.
