They quickly made the needed repairs and provided information on unit efficiency and estimated cost for replacement.

Brandon was here exactly at 8:00am which was the appointment time. I was amazed that a extact time was given for an usual experience is you get a window period of time when they will show up. I showed Brandon my concern was the rusty water coming from the drain on the side of the house up high and splashing rusty water. He got his ladder and went up into the attic where the air handlers are, I have two air conditioners and he looked at both and said yes the secondary pan on one of the units was rusty because the drain was clogged on the primary pan for that air conditioner handler. He said to clear that drain would be $25 in addition to their $69 service call. I agreed and he continued on to unclog the drain. He was kind enough to tell me that after this unclog you usually don't have any problems for a year or so. To replace the rusty pan would be about $200 and this one has lasted 17 years so we may just do that. Nevertheless, we had a great experience with Schiller Air and I believe I have found our new maintenance company for our air conditioners.

They came out next day in July (100+ degrees) and replaced a cooling fan in the AC unit right away. They were professional and made sure they did not bring in any dirt to the house. I woul use them again.

We have used Schiller for over twenty years. They are dependable, very thorough and answer emergency calls promptly. We had a lightening strike a unit several years ago and they apologized be caused it would be the next day before they could get a replacement installed.

Arrived right on time within time period given. Same day service (call, service same day). He first diagnosed the potential problems in air conditioner (either motor or module or both weren't working) ($69). Left house for another appt. while he checked to see if parts were in. Parts were available, and technician returned in less than an hour later (Friday afternoon). He tested the module and motor. He replaced the broken motor; the module did not need replacement. First visit took 15-20 min., while the repair work took about 40 min. Cost $639 minus $35 Angie's list coupon for repairs. He was incredibly professional and patient when explaining what was wrong and how to fix it.

It is 117 in Phoenix today and was 90 degrees in my house. I used Angie's list and called 3 contractors with good references. The first to respond was Robert at Schiller (he is the owner). He was at my house within 30 mintutes of the call. He completed the work in about 15 minutes. He showed me the old part he replaced.. I have a pretty old unit and he could have just told me I had to replace the whole thing. He even tried to diagnose the problem over the phone to see if it was something I could fix myself. Honesty, and integrity is unmatched. Pretty rare these days. I told him he was my hero - I am sitting in a nice cool house now! He even accepted the $35 Angie's list coupon which I thoght wouldn't be good for a weekend emergency call. Don't know if you could meet a nicer person. I will be sending as many referrals as I can their way and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks to Angie's list and Robert.

From the person who scheduled my appointment, to the technician Brandon the overall experience was great. I called at 2pm they came out the same day!!!!! Brandon was on time, polite and efficient.

We summer in WA. Our caretaker for the AZ house called to say that the breaker on the electrical panel for the A/C unit would not stay on and that the unit was off. I first called my electrician to make sure it was not a bad breaker which it was not. He recommended an A/C company and we had their owner come out to diagnose the problem. He told us we had a bad compressor, a $2000 repair, and that since it was such an old unit (1996), it would be better to install a new unit, $5000 total charge. Since it was such a costly repair, we decided to get a second opinion. It was then that I turned to Angie's List for names. Found Schiller Heating and A/C had a coupon and does free second opinions. I called their office and spoke with Marissa. She coordinated the service call with our caretaker for the next morning. Rob was there promptly at 8:30 am as promised and called to say that it was not the compressor, but was the condenser motor. The part was available locally, the repair would be $587 total, and it could be made by noon on the same day. He called at 11:30 am to report that the repair was made, the unit was running fine, and that we should be able to get at least several more years of service from the unit. In all the service was outstanding. Having learned a valuable lesson, we will always go to providers from Angie's List first from now on.
