Rob and his crew did an excellent job in replacing my rooftop hvac unit. There were very professional in coordinating crane usage to replace old unit with new Trane unit on roof, sealing all new duct connections, replacing redwood supports on roof, making all electrical connections on new unit, disposing old unit, and leaving a very clean work area. I highly recommend Schiller Heating & Cooling.

The technician, Tony, was very prompt and knowledgeable. He checked both of our home A/C units and found a few minor issues. I was only charged for the service call plus the additional coolant. He explained what he was doing and why, but wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Good investment to get our units running efficiently for the summer. Thanks!

This seems to be a very honest company (I called them for the first time based on good references). They checked out my heat pump and reported that everything was okay. They added a small amount of coolant and did not charge to do it (slightly low). They did not try to sell me extra items as most HVAC contractors do. That is a big plus to me. Most service reps get a commission for selling things you don't necessarily need, at high prices. I highly rate this company for great integrity!!!!

We got three estimates, and Schiller gave us the best price. They also gave a clear explanation of the different choices to be made and of the work to be done. The installation was done very efficiently.

They do the general AC maintenance on both our home and rental property.

They checked the compressor and the coils. Once a year they clean off the coils.

They did an excellent job. They called and let me know how the AC performed in the house. They emailed me invoices. They were punctual and had it done on time -- I was in the 10-day inspection period to close. I asked them about a maintenance program and then signed up for it. I also listed my other two rental homes with them.

They fixed it well and came out right away.

The tech was very timely and quick in diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed. The price for the service was much more reasonable than the last contractor I had out for the same issue.

Called several others companies that couldn't make it out today. These guys were able to get to my house in 30 minutes and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem in each unit. Very professional and responsive. Had us cooling off in no time. Highly recommend these guys.

Shiller's price was below the other vendor and it was for a better product. They arrived per agreement and installed the unit in one day and promised. They clean up and left no mess or dirt. The unit has work flawlessly since install and I have finally figured out the programmable thermostat. They offered a couple times to come by and train me but I declined and feel I have it mastered.

Easy to schedule and arrived in the scheduled window of time. They called ahead to tell me when the technician was on the way. I switched my maintenance to Schiller after getting multiple quotes on a new A/C system this winter and finding them to be the most competitive in terms of pricing. Great people at Schiller.

Fantastic. Our tech, Brandon, was great. Fixed up some smaller stuff and didn't have any "extras" on the bill. Honest.

He was very responsive to our phone call and checked out the air conditioner quickly. He determined that it could not be repaired. An estimate was received and approved by us. The rental home had an old gas pack but he was able to fit it to existing fittings and installed it on our roof in one day. While he was on the roof he noticed severe wind damage and then went above and beyond by connecting us with a very reliable roof repair company.

We really like him. They have like a spring tune up special. They've always been here when they say they will be here. The punctuality is very good. The only thing they told us was we need a new unit.

They have done good work . We got their name from you folks and I think they provided & installed an evap. cooler. Then we asked for an annual contract for the cooler and for the air conditioner.

One of my two 18 year old split AC units was not cooling very well. I initially called another AC repair company (Johns) to have the system repaired. However, the tech informed me that I had a leak in the outdoor (condenser) coil that could not be repaired. He even showed me what appeared to be a small oil spot on the coil fins indicating the leak location. His guidance, due to the age of the system, was to get it replaced. He advised that their estimator could be out the same day to quote a replacement. I wanted a second opinion so I called Schiller Heating and Cooling to confirm the leak diagnosis. The Schiller technician (James) inspected the system and did not find any leaks. He recharged the system with R22 for a very reasonable price and the system has been cooling better than ever for the past month.

During a heat wave in Phoenix my A/C unit died over the night, I awoke to my home being ~85 degrees with warm air coming from the vent. I contacted SCHILLER HEATING & COOLING, and even though this must be a very busy day for them, they had a guy at my house by around 9:45 am. He diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. The service call/diagnosis was $65 and the capacitor was $155. I now have cold A/C blowing again.

Service Tech Brandon was actually early for the appointment, also nice. He explained the procedure well and is highly knowledgeable in the field. Added small amount of coolant to top the system off and a leak prevention/detection substance that will stop small leaks and pinpoint the locations of any larger leaks if applicable. Very nice local, family owned company. Highly recommended, my new HVAC company!!

Brandon, the technician arrived within the scheduled time, was very cheerful and after quickly discussing the problem with him had his ladder out and was up on the roof diagnosing the problem. He quickly found 2 problems, a burnt relay and a wire shorting out to a copper coolant line. He solved both problems within an hour and a half and I was writing him a check for the amount which was very reasonable, and saved another $35 using the repair coupon on this website. We are now Schiller H & C customers hopefully forever! Our present HVAC company used 5 technicians on 3 separate appointments, but could not solve the problem, but Brandon did quickly and professionally. Great job Brandon ... A + !
