Description of Work: Installed a new air conditioner. Very professional. They were able to provide detailed comparison models and prices so that I could make an informed decision. They were courteous and quick during the installation.

Description of Work: Schiller serviced my existing AC and hooked up my newly installed mini split. The technician was absolutely fabulous. service could not have been any better. From the initial contact with the scheduler to the technician, they were professional,friendly, and helpful. I will be using this company for all my future needs. Highly recommended

Description of Work: I have 2 units. One wasn't cooling last week. Was given a possible solution to fix issue. It worked and was Free! Thanks Heather. Ordered $59 inspection for each unit. Brandon & James were awesome finding the issues and making the repairs. I can't tell you how nice it was not having high pressure sales pitch on preventive maintenance program. They are a solid honest business here in Tempe!

Description of Work: Excellent, knowledgable, and honest. Brandon, Don of the owner arrived to do a second opinion on the advice that our residential five ton a/c unit needed replacing. It has problems but does not need replacing. When it does we'll probably buy from Schiller. Brandon explained the discounts available when units are purchased in winter versus summer, etc. I liked too how there was no up-selling of this or that component, no technical jargon, and when asked about the specs and other issues he explained in plain terms I could understand. Can't say enough good things.

Description of Work: Brandon from Schiller came out and performed Spring maintenance on two A/C units. Brandon allowed me to follow him as he did his work, and explained what he was doing each step of the way. Very informative. I plan on using Schiller for all my future A/C needs.

Description of Work: I recently had a service call with Schiller Air and Heating. The serviceman was very honest! The problem with my heating unit ended up being the switch on the thermostat. He could've said it was something with the unit itself and I never would've known. I'm impressed by the honesty and integrity of this company.
