Description of Work: Checked my AC units

Description of Work: Technician came out to give me a price on replacing my A/C unit. He told me that the air handler was not available anymore but the one I had would last another 10 or so years. He was supposed to give me the price the next day for the compressor unit and I never heard back from them. I hired A Services Air and they replaced both units, even the one Orangutan told me was not available, and did a great job for a very fair price. They gave me a 10 year warranty where Orangutan was going to charge me a lot of money.

Description of Work: Removed old air conditioning/gas heating system and installed a new Trane unit. They replaced both the air handler and the outdoor compressor units. Added a new hot air outlet in the master bedroom at our request and installed a new programmable thermostat. They also replaced all of the outdoor electrical fixtures and replaced our 20 X 30 inch replaceable return filter with a 20 X 40 inch washable unit. The work was completed in approximately five hours by a very professional crew which were very pleasant and easy to talk to. There was some minor damage to the dry wall below the air handler access opening during the install, but that was repaired beautifully within two days by their interior man as part of the service. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend this company to our friends.

Description of Work: First was the checking of my units (3). Two needed service and it was performed. 1 month after performed service one unit performed on stopped blowing air. Called and inspected. representative quoted a price of 1,000 to fix, but his cousin could do it for 800, under the table. Stupid me went for the under table deal. Just one week latter, the unit went completely dead. Being low on cash I have since not have this looked into. Now, towards the end of Jan. 2012, the second unit they performed on has also stop blowing. So now I'm looking for a new company (i.e. Parker & Sons ) to repair (replace) these units. I will NEVER use Orangutan services again, even though I have 2 more years with paid checkup service.

Description of Work: It was a regular maintenance check which was to cost 19.95 for my air conditioning/heating unit. He checked everything thoroughly and found I needed a new condenser inside the house. He told me about the service plan they offered and explained exactly what was included. I bought the 2 year service agreement. They followed up with a call to ask if I were satisfied, if the service tech was polite and did the job well. This is a company that goes well out of their way to accommodate since they are located in Tempe and I live in Black Canyon City it shows me that they want my business and will travel 100 miles to get it. I am very happy with them and will recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: I signed up for a complimentary maintenance program with American Home Maintenance Inc at Home Depot. I was interested in a heating/cooling system evaluation. A Trane Clean-Effects dust control system and a system tune-up. I was told that the office would be contacting me for an appointment. They never called.

Description of Work: Chris Stingley the service manage was very helpful, thoughtful and professional. This company provided me and my family with outstanding service.

Description of Work: My a/c broke and they had someone out the next day, they got the part and fix it for me under my contract. I had them put in quarter turn knobs and replaced some out door faucets for me. Replaced some shower stems.
