We called, got a quote and had James out the next day. He came, told us he would have to orde a part - gave us a quote he stuck to and fixed it when he came out. We still noticed a little leak and he came out again and did the work without additional cost. It was an excellent experience and would not hesitate recommending him to others.

The experience was pleasant and effective. The repairman was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. He took the time to do a good job, and though he had to come back a second time, I do not believe that was a consequence of his doing a poor job, it was just due to the fact the refrigerator is old and more than one component had gone bad.

The technician arrived well within the time frame of the appointment. It took him about 40 minutes to diagnose the problem and clear the line. I used an Angie's List coupon for $135 which caused some confusion on the tech's part as he was somewhat unfamiliar with the coupon procedure; he requested payment ($135) and when I informed him that I had purchased the coupon from Angie's List, he called the office and the matter was cleared up. When I made the appointment, I did tell the office that I had a coupon. Apparently, he had serviced a customer the day before who also had a coupon but when he requested payment, the customer did pay.

The helpful man at Mr. Appliance of Scottsdale (Chris) suggested I check into the warranty for what parts may be covered the life of the washer and maybe even call LG. I called LG, and even though my washer was out of warranty they offered to repair it for a flat fee no matter what it needed. The fee was almost triple of Mr. Appliance's diagnosis fee, but it is a flat rate for all costs included, so it is a reasonable tradeoff. However, what Im most impressed about is Mr. Appliance's honesty and helpfulness even though they did not make one penny from me: they were just being helpful, straight forward, and honest. I really appreciate this type of honest work and think it should be mentioned here on Angie's List. If any major appliance breaks again I know who Im going to call! Thank you Chris!!

James came out immediately and, with perfect professionalism, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. He even took the time to look at a second under counter refrigerator to assure me that it was working properly. When my unit continued to freeze everything, I called back and without any hesitation, James returned with a new part. Apparently, the factory had not set the part properly, and even though there was nothing wrong with the part, James was happy to provide a new one. I will definitely call this company again, and I will specifically ask for James.

They were very professional and pleasant to talk with. The job was scheduled quickly and completed quicker. I was especially impressed with the tecnician returning with a part need to install it the day after the diagnosis.

very badly. I paid for nothing(service call). They go about their business this way- a power cord for a dryer is $26 part and installed total is $130. The dishwasher removal/install was $110. The microwave was all over the board- they said it needed a kit (molleys for $60) etc but around $160. The washer repair was to be around $142. tax and other- $600. I actually am fine with the washer repair- not knowing what it would take. When I asked him to just fix the washer- he said that the cost would change without the rest of the work. Funny thing is with all the work- there was not any break for the individual tasks- like a 5 minute job to replace a power cord. The cord is $16 at home depot. It is factually a 5 minute job. The dishwasher is no more than a 30 minute job. The microwave- 30 mintes also. I can verify all this because we just replace all our appliances and the following was done- remove washer-install a new washer, remove dryer- install a new dryer both on pedestals and both needing power cords, remove a microwave- install a new microwave, remove a dishwasher- install a new dishwasher, remove a refridgerater- install a new refridgerater. total time- 2 hours- two men in their 20's. The method these folks use is this- a job has a cost and if you have multiple jobs- you pay premium for them all adding to a grand total. I just do not understand this. The parts should have been $60 or so and the labor should have been around $240 - 4 hours $60 per hour.

James' professionalism and courtesy was a pleasant surprise. I had called another repair company that I subsequently found out had very bad Yelp reviews. When I cancelled that appointment, I found out why he had bad reviews - the use of the F bomb to someone he didn't even know and calling me an idiot for reading Yelp reviews made me realize I made the right decision.Needless to say, i was a little skeptical when I called Mr. Appliance of Scottsdale. From the people on the phone to the contact with James was a most pleasant experience. I will definitely refer the company anytime to anyone. I called, and the very professional person in the office scheduled the work for 2 days later. The repairman James called when he was on his way, and arrived well within the window that I had been given. He was unsure about one aspect of the connections on the board -- the new board was not identical with the defective board being removed. So he called the vendor and waited patiently to get confirmation that what he thought should be done was correct. We had a board on hand because these boards go out every couple of years or so, and last time one went out we ordered a spare. At my request James asked about availability of boards when he called the vendor, so I'd know whether I could and how to order another spare. All was done in about half an hour. Everything was very professional. The office called right after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied, and they e-mailed me a copy of the work order/invoice. I was indeed very satisfied.

Called when we discovered the washing machine was not working. Arrived well within the time window we were given. Promptly was able to fix and test the washing machine.

Technician arrived within 3 hours of placing the service call. Refrigerator was operating normally when the technician arrived so he went through some electronic tests of the system. Noted that the compressor was likely going bad and called LG Technical Service Department to confirm his findings. Very professional and thorough diagnosis of the issue.

Repair was done in two visits...the first was to diagnose the problem; second was to fix it. I have had no problem yet with the repair. The part was the "boot" which is the large rubber gasket in the door. The problem was that it had a hole in it that was leaking. I don't know if going with Sears would have enable the repair to be done in one visit. I would use them again but would think twice about it for my Kenmore appliances. Otherwise the technician was friendly, neat and professional.

The repair man approached the job professionally and was a joy to have had come to repair our dryer. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained it in easy and precise terms for my wife so she could understand. Will definitely use them again when there is a need.

He was very nice. He was neat and tidy. He was personable. I was pleased with him. He did not push other services on me, which I liked.

I thought they did good work and I would use them again. However, they came out onve to fix the issue with the hose in the fridge and then it started leaking so they came back out and told us it was a different issue and they charged us both times, I did not understand why they did not just fix the hose the first time, however I would use them again.
