Mark Komarek, the repairman, was friendly, professional , capable and extremely nice. He fixed the dishwasher and a week later I requested him from the company to fix my refrigerator.

Part was no available on first go-around.

Mr. Appliance did a great job. Very easy to work with. Very responsive in setting up the service call. My only complaint was that it cost me $140 for basically a 5 minute service visit. That said, if I had used Thermador’s service, it would have cost twice as much, so I can’t complain too much.

I called to schedule a repair and after talking to the service desk decided it would be better just to buy a new refrigerator. It was the ice maker, after looking online a new ice maker costs about $200 just for the part. Better to buy a new one. When repair tech called to say he was on his way I cancelled. In the future I would use again. They answered phone promptly and were able to send a tech same day who was going to show up on the early end of the window of time. I’d use in the future.

Initially it started out OK, but repair person sent I guess claimed to know how to remove a trim kit but this person did not. It took 3.5 hours to remove trim kit and replace water line for ice maker. Also trim kit was not put back together correctly. Company sent out another more experienced person and issue was rectified in 45 minutes.

They did a great job, and it was much cheaper than buying a new one.

Great service. I will definitely use them again.

excellent - repair done quickly and correctly

Booked an appointment online and received confirmation of appointment. I called the day of the appointment 3 hours into a 4 hour window only to be told that they gave me an appointment in error and they did not have availability for 8 days.

I was very impressed with the quality of the response I got from Mr Appliance of Scottsdale. The information provided on the phone was clear. The technician they sent was on top of things, smart, professional, quick to understand the problems, and not afraid to call Bosch when he ran into a problem he hadn't seen before (unlike a previous technician from a different company who really did not address the issues). The control board was replaced. Bosch indicated that the other problems were considered normal for this machine. I'm happy with the work that was done. There was no charge to me as the work that was done was under warranty. I would definitely call Mr Appliance of Scottsdale again.

The technician was running behind and let us know about it. The problem was correctly diagnosed and the compressor was competently replaced once they got the new compressor in.

No issues. He had the part on hand and fixed the dryer on the spot.

Great. Arrived earlier than appointment. Efficient, friendly and cleaned up.

Well. It really wasn't a big job. I couldn't get it out and he pulled it out. That was all there was to it.

I called for service and they were at my house within 2 hours. The repairman showed up when they said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem provided me with a quote and made the repairs. Final price was as quoted, and my freezer is operating again. He even left me the replaced part without me having to ask.

Great! After thoroughly checking the machine, the repair man determined that it was a faulty switch which he replaced. Our washing machine is working fine again, saving us from being forced to buy one of those new ones that don't allow you to select the water level. We are happy!

He came. He saw. He fixed it.

It went fine. The problem could have been fixed and not come back unfortunately it came back after the very day warranty period. They did what they said they were going to do, they were on time, they respected the fact that they were in my house, they cleaned up after themselves and tolerated me. I just haven't had the chance to call them back out to take another look at it.

The clothes dryer in my rental property stopped working. Mr. Appliance came to check the same day. Due to age of dryer and the cost to repair, tech recommended replacing the dryer rather than repairing it which I agreed made the most sense. He then checked non-working ice maker, replaced motor and ordered a new ice bin. I had to call them back after a few days because ice maker stopped working. They responded promptly and, although there were no technical issues with the work they had done, they explained what had most likely caused the problem (ice had formed and frozen around the mechanism and just needed to be cleared), most likely due to someone having left the door ajar. No charge for follow up call and, I had two different techs for the three visits who were both very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was very fair, especially with the coupon they provided. They will be my appliance repair company of choice for my home and rental property from now on!

The noise was no longer there. It was speculated that a small object had gone through the pump and was no longer there. The machine was pronounced to be functional. If the noise re-occurred I was encouraged to call again. A few days later I was refunded a portion of the payment.

Initial service call didn't go well based on mis-communication between office and field tech, who was new. Low rating on Angies list prompted manager to call and straighten things out. I expect today's service call to resolve issue.

He was very polite and professional. He saw that the problem was a crack in the ice maker, ordered the part, and fixed the ice machine. It is working perfectly now!

Excellent ask for James great technician great personality made the fee less painful LOL I will not let anyone other than James work on my appliances

The representative was polite, but my washing machine is "not" fixed.
