GOODFELLAZ FLOOR CARE

Brett met my husband at the house on time. He took great pride in the work he did. He pre-treated any stains found and told my husband that there was one stain in particular that he thought was not removable. The carpet looked and smelled 100% better. We will use him again when the need for carpet cleaning is necessary.

It was a very easy experience. I made one phone call to the company, set up the appointment for the time I wanted, he was prompt, friendly and completed the job very quickly. He quoted me a price over the phone and honored it. I will absolutely use this company again.

Heard about this company Thur Angieslist decided to give them a try because of good reviews and price others paid using him. I like that I was dealing with the owner during the complete process. Made the appointment with him and he did the carpet cleaning. He arrived on time and went over phone quote after walking Thur the house. Price was the same as he quoted on phone. I like how he took his time setting up plastic protectors in the corners where his hoses were going to protect my walls. He had to run hoses from his trailer Thur out the house. He was very carefully placing the hose in the yard not to damage the landscaping. The carpets look better than I expected when he was done. Very pleased with his work and felt the price he charged was very reasonable. I will use him again.

He showed up at our scheduled time was professional and had the job done within an hour. He called back when I called the next day to discuss an issue within 10 minutes and had re-cleaned my area rugs that day. His company is the kind of company we all wish we could use on all our services.

Carpet cleaning in four rooms. We moved the furniture out so he didn't have to, which probably saved some cash. The price was unbeatable and the service excellent. Will use again.

Brett was available within days of my calling him. He has done our carpets once before & remembered everything -- since he is the owner and the cleaner, there is no disconnect with someone else sending him out to clean the carpets. He works efficiently and the cleaning is very much to my satisfaction. The most amazing thing is the price. This was for 6 LARGE rooms (the smallest is 12 x 20). He is now my regular guy!

I contacted the hi positive feedback carpet cleaners like most people would do. Goodfellaz was number 2. I am sure glad i used them .Prestine was number one and their communications was awfull. The did not answer phone, they called back the nect day set up a date to come down, when they did come they came 40 minutes late and did not eve say sorry,, they lost my contact & email info, they finnally called me and it took 6 days to get a proposal from them, and the cost more. It was Like they did not even care if you used them or not. Now Goodfellaz came down on time reviewed the work, emailed me a proposal via 4g on the spot. I set up a date to do the cleaning , he showed on time, we chatted and he got right to work. He cleaned much better that I expected.. There were a few spots that he said will not come out. I was ok with that and glad he was honest and he was cheaper than Prestine. Clearly I am sticking withGoodfellaz for all my carpet cleaning needs

I have used Goodfellaz once before and was very happy with service. I have two dogs and they can really get a carpet dirty. REALLY dirty. I called Brett and he answered, and made appointment a couple days later and he arrives on time and is very professional. He spent a little less than an hour and when he finised, the carpet looked great. All the stains were gone! His prices are reasonable and will use him again and again.

Brett arrived on time. He looked everything over and gave me the cost right up front. He showed me a couple of spots that he might not be able to completely remove, although he did remove one of them completely, and the other was greatly reduced. He does such a good job with the cheaper carpeting in our rental, that I can only imagine how terrific he is with good carpeting.

I went to Angie's List for a carpet cleaner and Brett's company showed a very good rating. I called him (on a Saturday) and he answered in person right away. I described my problems and the fact that I was not seeking a thorough cleaning (i.e., requiring removal of all furniture), and he assured me it could be done. He gave me an appointment window (between 9 and 9:30 a.m.) for the following Monday; he arrived promptly at 9. I showed him the stained carpets and he cautioned me that he might not be able to get all of the stains out. I said I understood. As they were new pet - stains, he suggested a follow-up deodorizing, to discourage my dog from repeating her mistakes. He was clear about the additional cost (to the estimate he had given me over the phone, which he agreed would be the price once he saw the carpets) -- it was minimal and I agreed immediately. He then told me in detail what he would do and then, over the next hour-and-a-quarter, did precisely what he had said. After application of the deodorizer (a mild, apple-like fragrance), he showed me the results. In one room, the carpet did indeed show some shadows of stains; but the other two rooms were virtually spotless. He then turned on ceiling fans, to speed drying, and presented me with a pair of plastic booties, in case I had to venture into any of the rooms before they were entirely dry. We chatted briefly about his time in business and how he approached his work, and I was very much impressed by him, particularly by his apparent youth considering his history and experience. I told him that I was very happy and that I intended to post this review, and he was grateful. I will definitely call upon him in future, if needed, and can highly recommend his services to anyone.

I called and the owner answered. We talked about what I wanted and he gave me an estimate. I made an appointment and he arrived on time. He worked diligently and did a good job on all of it. He worked h****** some pet stains I had, but no miracles. This is no $20 for 5 areas situation, but I think the price was fair for the quality of work performed. I was very satisfied. If you need capet and/or upholstery cleaned and you don't give Goodfellaz a try, then whatsa matta u?

Excellent! very professional. came out himself and looked at what needed to be done and provided cost of service. i talked to several suppliers and decide to go with him. he arrived on time and went right to work. no cell phone calls or long conversations or other interruptions. well focused on what he came to do. he did a very good job and i will use him again.

I called Goodfellaz (Brett) on Monday late afternoon and he was able to take care of my carpet on Tuesday by 2PM. When I called and left a message he promptly called me back and gave me a price on the phone. ( I told him on the phone that I had a living room and 4 bedrooms to clean.) When he came to my home I remembered that one of the bedrooms no longer had carpet so he adjusted the price for me... I was stunned!) He was prompt and really did a great job! He was professional and friendly. I was thrilled with his service. I will absolutely use Goodfellaz Floor Care again!

The experience was good. We were just talking about it; my husband didn't think they did a good job and I did. He didn't think they got up enough dirt, but our carpeting is also very old so I think they did a good job. They did not move any furniture. I will use them again in the future.

Brett did a great job. He began by vacuuming the entire area before he shampooed - something that no other carpet cleaners we have hired in the past have done. When Brett arrived, I instructed him to shampoo the living room, two sets of stairs and one landing, but while he was vacuuming, he pointed out that another flight of stairs and a second landing had some slight staining. He said he would shampoo the additional stairs and second landing at NO additional cost. He also looked at the two bedrooms and hallway on the third floor of the loft and remarked that, in his opinion, they didn't need cleaning. The carpet looked great when Brett was done and I tipped him an additional $30 for the extra work he performed, though he said he would clean it all for $90. When I made the appointment, Brett said he would arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 and showed up about 8:50. He left a bottle of spot cleaner with me when he'd finished. Brett also answered the phone himself when I called and agreed to meet me the following day. We will definitely use his services again.

Appointment was made with first phone call, price quoted was fair, and the work was wonderful, the best we have had. We will not hesitate to call again when we need carpets cleaned.
