The carpeting was filthy. It had not been cleaned in more than 4 years. Brett did the service himself, arriving on time and ready to work. He pretreated the stains throughout and steam-cleaned the rugs. What a difference after he was done! The stains were gone, the carpet looked and smelled fresh and it gave the apartment a whole new appearance. The rug is several years old, so wear and tear could not be eliminated. But the ground-in soil and stains were gone. He did a great job, was finished in about 45 minutes and it took only 6 hours to dry.

Brett always does an outstanding job. He vacuums the rugs first. Listen to any concerns that I have. Always does a great job cleaning and when he finishing he goes through the house and explains any major stains that he got out. He is very easy to schedule an appointment with and works with your schedule. He always has a lot of knowledge about carpeting.

I called and explained that I had just moved and placed my old house on the market - the carpet looked bad and I was worried about it. He was able to schedule me in immediately. He arrived right on time, was reassuring and helpful, and more importantly, the carpets looked great when he was done. Will be happy to have him return to do the carpets in my new home.

I spent about $350. They did a couple of couches and chairs as well as the carpet. He was extremely prompt, he did the job quickly and the results are wonderful.

I found him on Angies List. He showed up on time, was quick, clean and professional. Very courteous. My carpet was a disaster. I've been in the house for nearly 5 years with 2 dogs and 2 toddlers. My carpets had been vomited, pooped and peed on by all four creatures, spills of all manner of food and drink, and generally treated like garbage. After he cleaned them, 99.5% of the stains are gone and it smells fresh. Unbelievable, I would never have guessed they could get this clean again. Very happy with his service.

Amazing job! We rented a house while ours was being built and the carpet was gross. After he was done, carpets looked better than when we moved in! On-time, did a great job and answered my questions thoroughly. I definitely recommend this company.

Great service -- fast, the provider was courteous, and the carpets looked great when he was done. I have a dog that has been marking the carpet a lot and since treatment was done I have not caught her going back to the same spot. I was very pleased with this service.

As he always does, Brett did an incredible job of cleaning the carpets. The carpet was quite dirty. Brett gave us a quote by phone, based on room sizes I provided to him. Although his quote was $400 and well worth that price, he told us that it wasn't as big as he had envisioned and he only charged us $320.00. This also happened on a previous job. Brett is very personable, he arrives to perform the work when he promises. His work is top quality. He will be my first choice whenever carpet cleaning is needed.

Goodfellas was very prompt, pleasant, well dressed, and went right to work. He vacuumed, spot treated, and cleaned the carpet and it looked great. We were pleased and have already referred others in need of carpet cleaning services. He cleaned up and was an all around good choice!

They do very good work. The owner comes out. Work takes about a couple of hour. Is very professional and on time. He uses green non toxic chemicals. Would recommend them to family and friends. Use them about 4 times a year. Pricing varies upon what needs to be done.

Brett did an excellent job. He removed a spot in the carpet that others have not been able to remove; he cleaned chairs that others have not been able to get clean. He lowered his quote after seeing the scope of the job. I would definitely hire Brett again.

Brett was very nice, punctual, and efficient. Quality was alright, other companies I have used were two man crews, so with that they could move couch/loveseat etc. to clean and place on raisers to dry. With a one-man job I suppose that service is hard to provide. The hose also rubbed against my front doorway too much and the paint was chipped off of the trim, leaving a very noticeable bare wood area. I noticed this after he left. Paint chips were all over the front door mat and just inside my interior foyer area. Not happy about that. He did wear shoe covers once job was completed, which I always appreciate. Also, pretreating is included which not all companies provide without extra cost. Overall, the job was okay. Don't know if I would use again.

I have used Goodfellaz several times. Always prompt, do a great job and go beyond my expectations. Lovely to work with and will use them again.

Brett was professional, informative, very personable and just an all around good pick on my part. I hadn't ever looked for anyone to clean tile and grout before so I was totally dependent on Angie's List for information. Brett was care with the furniture, put protective covers at the doors where there would be contact with the hoses. He explained to me what he was doing and educated me on a number of things I didn't know about tile or grout. I am going to follow his suggestions and do some of the work myself on the baseboards. I didn't realize it and when I told him I was going to have the traffic areas cleaned as soon as I finish unpacking and get the furniture settled he told me he also cleans carpets. I was so happy with his explanation about his process as opposed to those cleaners who not only saturate the carpet and pad and you have to figure it goes down to the subflooring, and that can't be good. When that happens it takes forever to dry, leaves a sticky residue which is like a magnet for dirt and shortly you have a dirty carpet again. I was going to do whatever it took to avoid going through that. I was totally happy with the entire experience and will recommend Brett to as many people as I can. He did an excellent job and I'm so happy the tile and grout looks normal again (the dirt was not from me), in fact, I couldn't bring myself to walk barefooted on it before he cleaned it. Way to go Brett!!!

I love this service!!! Brett came on time and thoroughly cleaned some very soiled carpets. He swept the floor after moving some furniture and applied a pretreatment. He then proceeded to clean the carpet well enough for my baby niece to crawl on the them. The service took only a little over an hour. I plan to hire Goodfellaz again and have already reccommended the service to my relatives.

I spoke to Brett, upon first contact, on what I needed done and where the price would land. I had seen numerous people on Craig's List a lot cheaper. Looking through Brett's Reviews and listening to him tell me why he was more expensive than those on Craig's List sold me and I placed the order with him. Brett arrived On Time and walked through and measured the area that I wanted cleaned. He let me know the exact cost and then went through and started moving items that were still on the Tile. He spent a couple of hours and did a FANTASTIC job! He was careful in the way he brought his equipment in and covered the corners with guards so as not to run his hose across my furniture or walls. I could Not have been happier with his professionalism or service! I am so glad that I joined Angie's List and found Goodfellaz! I was so happy with the service, that I received, that I scheduled him back to do all of the carpeting that we have in our house! Again, I could NOT be any Happier with Brett and His Service!!! Very simply - excellent work

I was very pleased. I called when I moved to town into a relatives home and the light colored carpeting was pretty dirty. He was able to come on short notice. I called Friday and he came on Sunday, the day before my moving truck arrived. His prices may be a little higher than some but his work is excellent. There was some existing furniture which he helped move onto the patio so all the carpet could be cleaned. He also supplies foam blocks for any furniture to sit on while the carpet dries. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

I called Goodfellaz Floor Care after reading their reviews on Angie's List. When I called, I got a voice mail mesage and left a message for Brett. He called me back within 5 minutes. He explained his services and prices and I scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Brett and his crew arrived on time and completed the cleaning of our carpets. The work was done efficiently and very well done. However, the most amazing thing about this company came later that evening. Unfortunately, some paint was spilled on our just cleaned carpets. I called Brett and he said that he would be able to return to our home later that afternoon and to keep the paint spill wet with some papertowels. Our painter worked on the paint spill and was able to get it cleaned up (or so we thought). However, after the carpet dried we discovered that the paint stain was still there. That evening I called Brett and he returned to our home to reclean the area that the paint had been spilled. We so much appreciate his OUTSTANDING customer service. He truly wants to develop long term customers. This is a true sign of an OUTSTANDING business. Three cheers for Goodfellaz Floor Care. I will recommend them to my family and friends with pleasure.

Brett arrived promptly and introduced himself to my husband and myself. We had Brett take a look at an area rug we had (which was stored away because it needed cleaning desperately) to see if he would be able to clean it for us. Thankfully he would be able to do the job. He started on the area rug and then began cleaning the rugs inside. He was very cautious when cleaning the rug around furniture which could not be moved. The furniture he did move was done so with care (as if it were his own). He did a fantastic job in all the rooms and I was amazed at the outcome on the area rug. It looked like new again. I would definitely use GOODFELLAZ FLOOR CARE again without any hesitation.

The service didn't take long. Carpet was clean and I think it was the first time I'd ever seen the original color of the grout in the tile. If I'd known it was this easy to get it clean I'd have done it long ago. We had moved out of the house we'd lived in for more than 20 years and others were moving in so there wasn't a lot of furniture in the house. I was very satisfied with the work and the cost.

This company is owner operated. He arrived promptly,. looked at what needed to be cleaned to compare it with his estimate. It turned out, he had thought one of the areas was larger so he decreased the charges for his services. He did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use him again.
