Description of Work: They were unable to shampoo my carpets just because it was in the 5th floor of my condo building. I don't understand why they didn't choose to serve me with resources specifically used for accessing storied units. They turned my request down.

Description of Work: cleaned sofa and chair and carpets etc. this is the only carpet cleaning company that has removed a stain and it stayed removed. Most times the stain is gone and slowly comes back each week but I've used them twice and when they remove a stain it stays gone. Very professional

I loved that it was so easy and I felt like I could trust them because of Angieslist. Price was exactly what was quoted over the phone and the service was very professional. Description of Work: Brett has cleaned our carpeting and furniture a number of times and does an excellent job. I highly recommend Goodfellaz.

Description of Work: Goodfellaz floor care accepted the reservation and arrived on time. the work took about an hour and a half. My carpet looked much better than before. he couldn't remove all the dirt but I was still satisfied with the work. I'd use Goodfellaz again because of price and quality of work.

Description of Work: The upholstery on two couches and a recliner was restored to show room quality and it had been well-used by dogs and grandchildren for several years. Our old carpeting on the stairs and upstairs looks great. I highly recommend using Goodfellaz for professionalism, punctuality, price, and quality.

Description of Work: I called various cleaners on angie's list and Brett's quote was extremely reasonable for 5 bedrooms, stairs and hallway. Our closing was delayed and I had to reschedule twice and Brett was incredibly understanding. He did a great job and the carpets look great! I would use him again!

Description of Work: He arrived right on time, and was extremely courteous. He even pre vacuumed prior to the carpet cleaning, something that i was trying to get done prior to his arrival, but ran out of time. I have 2 little boys, so there were several ( too many) juicbox drips, etc. all but 2 came out, and even the ones that did not come out, look tons better. FYI the stuff that did not come out, was not juice boxes, but permanent marker and the lot.
