They showed up same day I made the call. They are very expensive. I paid $192.00 to correctly attach the air vent on top of the water heater. He did not use new parts. He used the same parts I had already. All he did was expand the vent with a pair of pliers and reattached it to the water heater. Too expensive.

This was the worst experience of our life. Inexperienced hot water tank installation. Failed to meet code multiple times. Project was to be completed in a few days however the final inspection passed 5 months later. Our options were never reviewed with us; they appeared on our property several times to correct issues without our permission; the project site is an ungodly eyesore affecting the aesthetics of our architectural home; be very cautious if hiring this company. We never felt valued as a customer of theirs.

Joe from allpro was amazing. He figured out how to install a laundry sink in a very small laundry room. Looks amazing and works great.

Prices are towards the higher side.

Mike, the tech who did the job, was very efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable of plumbing issues. He was very upfront and honest as to my repair options. Very well mannered technician. I certainly will use their (particularly Mike) Will's All Pro for any future areas requiring repair. Very good choice. In addition, the initial/schedule caller (believe his name was Manny or Michael?) sold me right away.

I ended up buying a new toilet but Mike did not pressure me to do so.

Caring, worked around my schedule, and receptionist knew exactly what questions to ask to get right to the heart of the matter. Richard the technican that was sent out to repair my toliet was spot on. Undoubtedly a subject matter expert. He came right over and repaired my toilet issue. Beware of the company saying they do free estimates, they still charged me for the estimate and called it a "travel charge". They misrepresented that there would be no charge for them to come out. They also tried to get me to do work for $1000 which had nothing to do the sprinkler leak that he said had to be fixed before he would address the leak. I didn't ask for that work or want it. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager and they never followed up with me. I ended up only paying $200 for the work to be done by a different contractor

Very happy with our plumber. Told us exactly what he could do and allowed us to select from several options.

I found it frustrating to not be able to get a quote over the phone. I did a kitchen remodel and needed plumbing installed (kitchen faucet, disposal, and dishwasher hookup). All services are priced at a flat rate and the price was ridiculous. If I had more freedom of time, I would have shopped for a lower price. The tech was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He did what he could to make the price as reasonable as possible given their pricing system. His work looks clean and I have great water pressure in my sink. The company was very communicative and easy to schedule with. If it weren’t for the high cost of service, I would make them a go-to.

Said they would do everything I asked, and they did none of the stuff they said they would do, and I still have no corrected receipt or proof they checked my back flow valve. I was told they would check back flow valve before replacing it. Then it was replaced without testing. I was told that any rust on the valve is a failed inspection. I was told by a city inspector that was not true, any metal pipe will rust in months of install.

This company is very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I appreciated the professionalism of this crew. On the walk through for the estimate he not only told me what we needed, but explained why, how it worked, and whether or not we could do without. On every aspect of the project, everyone was courteous and respectful of our home. Well done!

The plumber did a very good job but very expensive.

Main sewer line stopped up at 11:00 pm. Will's All Pro called at 7:30 am to tell me a plumber was on the way. Could not believe how fast, efficient and professional their service was. They will be my go-to plumber from now on.

He was helpful and amenable, while being on point with the price. He made some good knowledgeable recommendations on how to solve my project. He worked quickly, and didn't dilly dally.

They were courteous, calling me when they had to reschedule. They showed up at the time they said on the second time. The mechanic called me when he was on the way and was professional and courteous on arrival. The work was done quickly and competently and he did more that made for a much better finished product. The new system doesn't flush as well as the old but it's acceptable. They were rather pricey but did good work.

Very prompt, courteous, and professional. Quality service - no high prices.
