Excellent, Steve was very professional and helped us with our choosing our floors. The crew was equally as good. I would recommend them in a second extremely professional and very competitive in pricing.

Bruce was very prompt and knowledgeable about tile and carpet. He helped us choose which tile and carpet we had installed. Albert and his crew did an excellent job. They were on time and did an excellent job on installing the tile. The carpet was installed once the tile was done. They moved all of the furniture and put them back, completing the job on time.

I called Discount Tile after reading reviews about them on Angie's List. Steve Campbell came out the next day and gave me an estimate. He was punctual, knowledgable, friendly and professional. He gave me a quote that was much lower than I had expected. Alberto was the head of the team that did the work. In one word, they were craftsmen!! They arrived on time, were hard workers and cleaned up each night before they left. The floors look exceptional. We couldn't be happier!! When all was finished, I paid them exactly what they had quoted me. No unexpected fees, no mess when they left!! Steve stopped by and followed up by phone several times during the week they were here. If I ever need any flooring, I will definitely use Discount Floors. I highly recommend Discount Floors for any flooring projects you might have!!

Website states to call for an appointment and they will try and respond within the hour. It has been over a day and I have yet to receive a call back.

Steve and his installers did a wonderful job. We previously owned/operated a construction company for 10 years and Discount Floors is easily the best flooring company we have used. Steve was always prompt and professional and he made great recommendations. Everything was installed timely and the quality was great. Communication was fluid and we are super happy. And to top it off, their bid was less than a big box competitor.

I FIRST USED DISCOUNT FLOOR IN DECEMBER TO REPLACE CARPET IN 2 BEDROOMS OF A NEWLY PURCHASED HOME. BRUCE CAME OUT WITH SAMPLES AND OFFERED A GREAT SELECTION WITH APPROPRIATE WARRANTIES. THE JOB WAS DONE BY HIS TEAM LICKETY SPLIT AND THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT LAST WEEK, WHEN WE WERE PREPARING TO PUT OUR OTHER HOUSE ON THE MARKET, I HAD BRUCE COME BACK AND REPLACE 3 BEDROOMS WITH NEW CARPET. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND AGAIN, THE JOB WAS DONE EXPEDITIOUSLY AND ON TIME.

We recently moved into this house and knew one of the first things we wanted to do was replace the carpet with ceramic tile. We contacted Discount Tiles, and discussed with Steve what we had in mind. He came over with quite a few samples for us to review. Steve was very thorough, gave us many options in different price points. We had Steve come back with a few other options and settled on a tile that turned out just wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and provided ideas for u, to make a better decision. Their team was first rate with the installation, very professional and did a fantastic job. Always took time to answer questions I had along the way. What was unique was that Steve contacted us each day, giving us an idea when the workers would be there. I apreciated this since I work from home and could plan accordingly. I would certainly use this company again when we replace the rest of the carpet.

I just LOVE Bruce! He came to my house 3 times so that I could make sure I was happy with the carpet I selected. The installers were prompt and very hardworking. They even moved my furniture for me. I just LOVE the new carpeting and the tile floor in the bathroom. Plus his quote was the lowest of three bidders. Very happy with this company, I will use them again.

They promptly called me back and we went even via text. They gave us the Angie's List discount. They helped my daughter to pick the color. They moved everything. They were very professional and very helpful. She has pets.

Doug was great from Discount Floors. He came to our housing inspection to give us a quote on new carpet and give suggestions on how to handle a specific issue. Doug brought several sample types and colors for us to look at and discuss what would look best in the house, fade resistance (lots of windows) and good quality. He has a great eye for color and he helped us choose a color that looks fantastic in the house with the paint while offsetting the tile work. Doug went out of his was to have the carpet removed on a Saturday so we could treat the floor underneath over the weekend before putting the new carpet down. He made some excellent suggestions on ways to do this as well. Than had the crew return that Monday to put in the new carpet. They were here early on Saturday and out fast so we could get our stuff done. Monday a father and son team came about 9 am and spent the day until 4:30 laying the carpet.(1,910 sq ft is a lot!) It looks fantastic and they were great people. Doug also cared enough to pop by the house to see how everything was going and how we liked the carpet and color. They offer stellar service, flexibility when you really need something oddly exceptional like we did, and they cared. You just don't get high end service like these days, this is a great company!!!. These guys are awesome! We contacted them about carpet in several bedrooms and wood-look plank tile in another room. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. In fact, though they offered a number of options that were better looking and saved money over what we originally wanted a bid on. The installers were fast and their work was very good. Since we were out of state during the installs Bruce did a great job of communicating progress. We will definitely use them again on our next project. Great product, great price, very professional - what's not to like!

This company is absolutely fantastic! Bruce came to my house with some recommendations and it was as if he could read my mind as to what I was looking for. He measured the rooms, listened to what I was looking for, showed me samples and told me the pro's and con's of each sample and let me make an informed decision. I was also concerned about installation dates as my schedule is very tight and would you believe this company works on Sundays! Not only did I get amazing floor coverings but they were so accommodating and worked around my schedule. The people who did the work were on time and so polite and professional, I am so pleased at the job they did. Not only did they install the flooring perfectly, they cleaned up so after they were done that it looked as if no work had been done. Another amazing thing is the installers seemed concerned about keeping my doors open, in the past workers I have had did not seem to care about air conditioning the greater Phoenix area but these people did. Can you tell I'm impressed! I purchased some of the ceramic tile that looks like wood, so far I've had three people complement my "wood" floors when I tell them it is ceramic tile they just don't believe me until they go and touch it. I intend to use this company when I remodel my bathrooms, countertops, etc. It just makes sense to use a company that has good pricing, great product, amazing service and provides incredible customer service. I've used another flooring company not to long ago and had them install carpet and tile and my heavens it was a nightmare! I read the reviews of this company and was impressed, I sure am glad I made the phone call as this company has renewed my belief that there are companies left that value their clients. Customer service is not dead, it's alive and well at Discount Floors Inc., so pick up the phone can call! I cannot say enough good about this experience and know anyone who has them do work will feel the very same way.

We are so happy with how our new floors turned out! Bruce Campbell and his son came over soon after I called, took measurements, and brought tile samples. They gave me a price quote on the spot. Decided a day or 2 later to go with them for our flooring, and Bruce was able to come over quickly to have us sign the contract, pay the 50% down, and schedule our install. When it came time for the floor demo and install, the crew arrived when promised and worked very quickly. Everything was done in 5 days, which was impressive given the quantity of tile demolition that had to be done! We never interacted with the actual crew, as they arrived after we'd left for work and had left before we got home, but they did great work all around. We had cleared out most of of furniture, but they shifted around the remaining stuff (appliances, etc) as needed and covered what we hadn't already with plastic (they aren't lying when they say there will be dust and debris EVERYWHERE from the demo). The floors look AMAZING; we are so happy with our choice! The previous floors were horribly dated and these floors actually bring us into the 21st century. Haha. I would definitely call Discount Floors again if we have any flooring needs in the future.

I closed on a house and wanted to move in quickly. Based on Angie's List reviews, I contacted Discount Flooring. Steve Campbell came out within a couple of days for a quote. He was knowledgeable about the product and wasn't into high pressure sale tactics. We discussed several options, and his insight into current trends was very helpful. I can't really speak to the price competitiveness, as I was in a bit of a rush to get it done, I didn't shop around much. I was pleased with the quick turn and quality of the install. Steve was very responsive to questions. We mostly interacted via text, which was very convenient. I would recommend Discount Flooring and would use them again.

Have a couple of rooms that need flooring done (tile). Company refused to give an estimate for installation with out the material costs included. Told him that we would purchase tile from them if we had to. Requested again a quote on installation and informed him we would choose the tile later. Basically, I wanted a installation quote separated from the material quote. Guy just kept saying they won't install tile unless you purchase the tile from them even though at this point in the conversation that point was already covered. Waste of my time. Called 3 other flooring company's and received quotes for installation only over the phone

It went very smoothly, especially given I managed the entire process remotely. The flooring looked so good I had two offers on the house in the first two weeks.

Steve Campbell is whom we dealt with and he was excellent. He ensured the workers came on time and the workers were exceptional. We are very pleased with the work performed. I would highly recommend Steve and this company for anyone looking to update their flooring.

We are from Minnesota and had a week scheduled to clean and replace carpet in our town home in Mesa. We contacted Steve a week before our arrival and scheduled an initial meeting on Monday morning. Steve was very helpful in showing us carpet samples and explaining the difference in the various carpets and pads. We chose a carpet that was special order knowing there was a chance it would not be installed the week we were there. Steve put a rush on the order and the carpet was installed on Friday before we left. We are very pleased with the carpet, the installation and the whole experience with Discount Floors, Inc.

Discount was very punctual, considerate and professional. They showed up for interviews, continued discussion about materials and cost on time, and went out of their way to accommodate our daily schedules in doing so. My wife and I both work full time jobs so that was critical. The work took approximately one work week. The finished work was spectacular. The tile and grout selection turned out just great and looked fantastic. The concrete slab that was laid for the original home had some significant cracking and they knew exactly how to handle the reinforcing of those spots to make the future floor more stable. They moved all the heavy furniture for us, and I wasn't quite sure how that would go ... transferring furniture from one room to the next and then back again. But things turned out great. All told, the price seemed a might high, but the skills, knowledge and finished product coupled with the Angie's list reviews and very trustworthy appearance of the company leadership (lead by Bruce Campbell) all panned out to give us a great look which will keep us happy until we sell, far into the future. The place looks great! The floor is VERY level and the product will stay stain resistant and help us enjoy the coolness of our home inside during these summer months for sure. Installation went fine but they did not have a receipt saying that I paid in full, no brochure and did not get any left over carpet to match it with other things in the room. I will not be doing business with this company again (I have two other rooms that need to be carpeted) nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Went great! They moved our heavy furniture, tore out our carpet and tile, installed everything quickly, and helped move the heavy stuff back into the house.

Found Steve on angies list. I was very impressed with the reviews that they he had recieved I decided to call for an estimate. From the beginning to the end of the process the service was outstanding!!! Can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. I NOW HAVE A CARPET COMPANY TO USE WHENEVER THE NEED ARISES.
