The worst flooring company! Outrageously expensive. If there was an option for zero stars that's exactly what I'd give. Took advantage of a terrible situation. No compassion and took over 3 weeks for installation. Not sure how they are getting 5 stars. Low quality. Absolutely horrible. Had to replace the $13000 floors from this company less than 2 years later.

I live in the same town and never realized that this store was even here. I was very happy with the estimator, he was very friendly and quick to come up with the sf. I got 3 separate quotes for carpet, and AZ Wholesale was the best quality for the best money. I went to the office and they were extremely helpful in picking our the right carpet for the right price. I was on a budget and their help was appreciated. Yes, I would definitely recommend them.

Bruce is the sort of guy you want to work with on this sort of project. Nice guy. Not pushy. Helpful from beginning to end. We replaced carpet in three rooms of our home with a laminate that looked good next to the travertine that dominates our house (waiting for that to come back in style!). Work was done in 2 1/2 days. Bruce checked in each day. Good, polite crew. These guys offered the best price and quickly turned around the project with no issues.

From the in home sales person to the carpet installers everything went great.

The guys were very professional and did an amazing job. The flooring options were great and so were the prices. Bruce, the owner, is great man who really took care of me. upon listing the home we had a lot of compliments on the flooring.

I had my entire house redone with wood porcelain tile. The guys who came to do the demo on old floors were prompt and courteous and excellent. the guys who came to lay the tile were amazing. I work from home so they were so amazing at making sure they didn't disrupt me while they worked around me. They were also prompt, professional and did great work and were so nice working around the furniture, kids and me. I hired them previously on a house sold and would recommend Bruce and Discount Floors to anyone. Him and the crew really took care of me and I couldn't be happier with the results! The flooring looks amazing and the price was right! I will definitely be using Bruce again for any flooring needs!

I am very pleased with this company. The person I worked with Steve, who was very professional. Gave us options to fit our budget and they offered a fair price compared to the competition. The worked around my schedule. They came when promised. The installation looks great and they cleaned up afterwards.

Steve was outstanding from the start answering all our questions and giving us updates throughout the installation. Chris and Carlos also were excellent in communicating with us and responding to our needs.

10 yrs ago we spent over $20,000 with Discount Flooring Inc. We installed very expensive travertine and wood floors. The installers did not inform us of long continuous cracks in the foundation running the whole length of the kitchen, the dining room, and down the center of the house. Instead they covered it up with yards of black paper what I now have been informed is called "joint slippage paper." We found this out by having to tear up this flooring. Hairline cracks started coming up within 4 yrs, larger cracks after six years, and now the flooring is completely destroyed right along where these long foundational cracks are. I am extremely disappointed that they would not inform us of these large cracks so that we would at least have the option to have them checked out by an engineer before putting $20,000 of flooring over the cracks. After calling and talking to the owner Bruce Campbell, he said the slippage paper is supposed to keep the cracks from growing for two years (which coincidentally is the warranty limit) and he also said that it was industry standard not to tell the homeowner. We hire these experts to help us stay informed especially when they are aware of things we are not. So on top of the 40k to fix our foundation, we have to shell out the additional cost for demolition, re-floating and product/installation again for the floors we thought we already paid for. Of course there was no element of customer service offered or trying to work with us. Just defensive rhetoric saying that they weren't responsible for not letting us know. They made a decision to cover up a problem when they should have been forthcoming.

We just bought a house which we LOVE--except for the floor. There was carpet in the upstairs which we DEFINITELY needed to replace, and 90s tile downstairs which we were hoping to replace. Bruce was able to do the whole house for 14k (where others were talking around 18k) and he and his guys did it SO WELL. The floors all look and feel great and we are so happy with everything. If you're looking to refloor go with Bruce. You won't regret it! PS: about halfway through the job he'll make you paranoid with the phrase "cost overrun" and be non specific as to the amount. Don't panic! What this means is that your job 14k now costs a whole $400 dollars more. Man. 2.5% cost increase for floating the entire downstairs, when we'd initially hoped the tiles would be level enough we wouldn't have to. Sounds TOTALLY unreasonable ;)

It went really well. Steve did a great job of outlining the options. Scheduled for before the move and the installer Isaiah and his helper did a wonderful job on the install. Very satisfied.

I was initially going to go with a whole house reflooring (tile in high traffic, carpet in bedrooms) but some challenges came up and decided to only do carpeting in the bedrooms. Steve, the company representative, was great. His price was better compared to two other well reviewed flooring companies and one from Costco. Install was fast and the carpet is high quality. The team that came out was professional in every way possible. There were no issues at all with the installation. Lastly, I appreciated that Steve was honest. As I mentioned I wanted the whole house refloored but was unable to do the entire tile job. I inquired about doing the tile job in piecemeal. Steve stated they can, but it would better overall to do the whole job for a unified look rather than piecemeal. I appreciated this because he could have said yes and secured the contract but thought of the customer's best long term interest. Due to the quality of work and honesty, I'd call Discount Floors Inc first for any flooring needs.

Great experience. Steve is professional, polite, and customer service oriented. We have a house which is about 2500 ft.² and all the carpet needed to be replaced, about 1700 ft.². We chose a higher end carpet which came with an upgraded pad. We scheduled installation for a Friday (and Saturday if needed). A crew of 3 came and installation was complete within one day. The project started and ended on time. We had one mistake and Steve was quick to respond and remedy the problem.

We were thinking of getting laminate, but Steve showed us a tile that look like wood that served our needs better. The installation took 2 days and looks great. This is a well managed business. Book in advance. They are quite busy.

They are a competitively priced and knowledgeable team. Very prompt and responsive to calls and commitment dates. I am satisfied with the quality of work on my latest project.

From the very beginning Bruce and his son David were very professional and upfront. The day they arrived they measured the condo, showed us a good variety of carpet samples, told us about their durability, weight and the underlay. Before they left the condo we had a firm quote and knew the carpet was in stock. Less than a week after we placed the order the installers arrived and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. The men moved the furniture out and in with great care.The team left the entire area clean and free from mess. We can not thank the entire team enough. They made a very stressful situation seem easy.

It was awesome. The first company that I hired gave me a bunch of information that was not necessary and was going to overcharge more than $2000.00. Discount Flooring's rep (Bruce) came out at the time that we agreed to, gave us a great price and a time that the work was to start and end. I could not be more satisfied with the whole project. I am currently considering calling them for more help.

We were very satisfied with the work done by Ismail and his crew, they did an excellent job and were very professional. Bruce, the owner, was here every day during the installation to check the progress - something that was never done by other companies we've employed for other jobs. Bruce Campbell and his son came to our home to do an estimate, and we decided we did not need to look any further. He understood what we wanted, and had some wonderful offerings to choose from. Carpet was installed today, and his crew was friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. They did an outstanding job, especially since we have curved stairs. Would not hesitate to hire again.

All went well. No issues. The worker did an excellent job and the tile looks great. Very pleased.
